"You'se" latest big "hero" there's an American Eagle regional flow-through by agreement, that's barely even touched main line American, but have fun with the rides in Fantasyland anyway. 😉 Sigh! Exactly. The path of minimum liability is the course AAL and APA will take. Concerns over "fairness" of the Nicolau will go unnoticed. 😀

But... USAPA won! ? ? ! ? Because they have yet to produce a seniority list- any list. They won! Time is running a little short, though, to cash in on that big court victory. You know, the one where the judge said Usapa cannot participate in seniority integrations... Winners! Just like the pension, MDA, 3%, SnapBack, loa93... These east guys are THAT GOOD! Lol

Retiring on reserve isn't that bad for them, is it?

That's funny, since nothing of the sort's contained in the actual case rulings, and none can apparently find any court order supporting your BS, but have fun in Fantasyland. I hear the line for Dumbo's Flying Elephants is short at the moment. 😉

All you brought was a bankrupt airline about to file chapter 7. Do we really have to go there? No, didn't think so.

Remember, since your dark days in 2005 it was the addition of one hub to your money losing network which has allowed the combined US Airways to prosper- one hub. It's on the west. Growing. Yes, the addition of that one hub has turned around your career- I think you owe the proper respect towards your gift bearers. Really, otherwise you sound so "eastholish".

Exactly right.  They don't want a DFR by all the current APA guys when the junior westies are jammed in front of them.  The company would also be found in violation of the MOU if they involve themselves.  It could get really expensive for them.

Relative position kills the jr west pilot, but is great for the sr west pilot. I know a better way, and it is good for the sr and the jr pilot.
