Johnny MacIlvenna is back on C&R, and the East better be prepared for a major downgrade. Johnny has consulted with the AOL legal brain trust and is warning all readers that the 9th circuit will blow the whole McCaskill-Bond nonsense out of the water.

QUESTION: If the 9th ruling was followed to the "T" and the process not perverted, and all 3 parties worked from the Nic, would the arbs still have produced a final product that did not include the NIC?

Let's see .......F/O Simmons on the NIC was one number junior to Capt Lames M Loy. Now, a decade later poor F/O Simmons is number 9918 and Capt Loy is number 6179 for a total difference of 3739. Now how is that for EPIC bigmouth?

Life is never fair.
The ISL was fair and equitable excluding the TWA Pilots.
AWA was a scab infested drug running group is misfits.
