Will have to day been hearing a lot of stories about the west group from our guys that work with, nor all good either, one guy apparently kicked a door down in flight, hard to believe, a lot of whack jobs there if true.

Now this is one east pilot who bent over backward for any CEO who had a great scary story to tell to extract concessions. Munn would fan the flames of panic. Munn thrived on his wacky website missives.
Jerry Glass practically wet his pants laughing when he saw how quickly Munn ran with any innuendo.
Munn had a select group of followers who believed the Jerry Glass fairy tales Munn quickly passed as gospel. They then voted in limitless concessions in LOA 93.

For Munn? The real panic was when his hairline receded.

The secret picture peeper has taken his battle from full on wacky Leonidas videos to sneaky picture taking. His pal Auxier made dozens of stupid videos that were all for naught.
Poor Ray and Auxier are crying on each other's shoulders after the sneaky snapper was busted.
The perpetrator is doing his best to convince everyone it was all in fun, just travel pics.
West pilot comments quickly dispelled that. Busted would be a term that sums it all up.
330 captains would be smart to add Camera Check to the cruise flow. The tech savvy west pilots are on par with Putin in video technology. Brice pretty much took care of that.

Brice's portly wife was a game changer for USAPA. She was instrumental in their ultimate victory. Sometimes a lack of ethics can come back to bite you.

The sharp Westies who supported JR Baker were shoved aside as Ray and Cap'n Aux led the cheers for chowderhead Johnny Mac. After getting smoked on the Nic, Ray and Aux have nothing left to support but each other's multi-media idiocy. Ray gives up-votes to Cap'n Aux's manic, attention grabbing compulsions. Aux returns the favor by high-fiving Ray's sneaky cockpit behavior and turning a blind eye to his odd bunk room meltdown.

Speaking of odd, is it finally time for AirlineForums to resurrect Munn's personal "Daily Update" thread that no one else is allowed to post on? Just asking.

However, like I said above, it has come to my attention UA chief executive officer Glenn Tilton is now echoing many of my thoughts. Ah, the good old days. Chip explaining to a hapless reader that United CEO Glenn Tilton was "now echoing" many of his thoughts.

The biggest mistake this airline ever made was in not promoting Chip to Chairman, CEO and Blogger in Chief.

Well I guess this story is true about this west nut job that kicked out the door of the crew rest area in flight, talked to a friend of mine doing CQT at the training academy, the story is going all over down there, seems not to many people fond of the west side, pretty strange group if only half this stuff is true.
 
I would think he would want to distance himself from this guy, must be something in the water in PHX.

In all fairness; it's my belief that the most incurably rabid and essentially "brain-damaged" represent only a very small portion of the ex-PHX people. Even when east/west tensions were highest I had the pleasure of meeting some of their regular line pilot folks and found them to largely be both sane and decent sorts. Methinks a great many in their imaginary "Army" just got caught up in the fervor of the merger/seniority/etc issues and were (quite clearly as history's proven) simply "taken for a ride" by a handful of utter idiots who's collective maturity level would shame an average 14 year old, and aggregate IQ barely reach room temperature...but that was then/this is now.

As an ancient measuring my next birthday as my last in the airline world I'd ask all to simply do their best to stay safe, support fellow cockpit and cabin crew, and have the good sense to enjoy what I hope will be successful and decent careers all around. 😉
