Well you know it won't be the NIC. And yes my buddies are OK with DOH but again were all in the 30 yr plus range. It will be close to DOH and obviously with C & R.

Ah! "The complaint has been filed", so nothing more's required then? Interesting. I'd been under the erroneous impression that a case had to first be presented and won in all instances like this, and whatever result then subject to appeal by either side.  Apparently, that doesn't apply here...?
 
As I've said; enjoy your fantasies kid. Frustrated and angry children often find them comforting, after all, and I honestly suspect from your posting history, that you've had a "life" entirely based on keeping a permanent residence inside Fantasyland.
