How long will $15M last (or $12M or $10M or whatever amount you guys claim USAPA has)?

AOL supposedly went all the way to the SCOTUS with $2M (and I don't imagine USAPA's bills were significantly different).   I think ALL of us (and our grand kids) will be retired by the time AOL "ties" (pun intended) to take everyone and their brother  to the SCOTUS five times. 😀
You may run into a problem in the future. What's your fundraising plans if your access to funding is restrained? Are you going to sell fried chicken and sweet tea to raise money?

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLINA EDDIE BOLLMEIER, et al., ) ) Plaintiffs, ) v. ) Case No. 3:15-cv-00111-RJC-DCK ) GARY HUMMEL, et al., ) ) Defendants. ) _____________________________ ) [PROPOSED] TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER This matter, having come before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Eddie Bollmeier, Bill Tracey, and Simon Parrott Motion for Temporary Restraining Order pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Court having considered Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ respective submissions, and it appearing that good cause exists for granting the Temporary Restraining Order because Plaintiffs have demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits and Plaintiffs will be irreparably harmed if the TRO is not issued, it is this __ day of ___, 2015 hereby ORDERED THAT: 1. Defendants Gary Hummel, Stephen Bradford, Rob Streble, Steve Smyser, Robert Frear, Courtney Borman, Ronald Nelson, Paul Diorio, Paul Music, John Taylor, Jay Milkey, and Stephen Nathan and each of them are temporarily restrained from authorizing the expenditure of USAPA funds obtained from the collection of dues and assessments of US Airways pilots during the period that USAPA was the exclusive bargaining agent of US Airways pilots in support of activities of any kind, including but not limited to payment of attorneys, experts, witnesses, office space or flight pay loss to pilots for purposes of Case 3:15-cv-00111-RJC-DCK Document 16-5 Filed 03/27/15 Page 1 of 2 2 preparing for and participating in the Substantive Seniority Integration Process culminating in an arbitration before Arbitrators Dana Eischen, Ira Jaffe and W. David Vaughn. 2. Because the funds that are the subject of the Complaint in the case will remain with USAPA during the pendency of the case and because Defendants will have access to funds provided by the Allied Pilots Association for the purpose of preparing for and participating in the Substantive Seniority Integration Process, the Court finds pursuant to Rule 65 (c) that no bond is required for the issuance of this Temporary Restraining Order. 3. This Order will expire on ____, 2015 unless extended by the Court for good cause or unless Defendants consent to an extension. 4. That is a terrifying premise you started with.  The horror, I say, the horror.   My eyes teared up to much to read on any further.

Wow, you can see the frustration building every minute with this little group of AFO's.

Patience children, you'll have to wait your turn.

AFO

Angry Furloughed Opportunists.

We acquired how many?

From the dreaded Nic:
US Airways had a grand total of
5098 pilots on its seniority list, 1691 of which (33%) were on furlough.'

😉

That's really your best these days; "may" and "if"? That's just plain sad. This is actually becoming a bit painful to even watch happening.

Just a wee bit of life advice here "spartans": Next time any of "you'se" see even a slight chance of "righteously" usurping the worked-years of others, or in any way serving your purely opportunistic notions at the direct expense of other human beings, well, try the following idea out first:  "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." That concept generally works out a whole lot better for all concerned.

"You'se" may now return to your regularly scheduled fantasies while enjoying all the delights and benefits attendant to your "righteous" crusade, those apparently being stagnation in PHX for 8 years now, with no predictable end even in sight.

You are so funny.

Why not just fill in the date you like and forge the judge's signature?

Do*che bag.

It's not that hard to understand. No forgery required. It's standard in court proceedings for the judge to receive a proposed order.

Don't worry, you'll get to be a senior pilot someday, you need to try to control your emotions, however with that said we all certainly understand your frustration.
Not taking the NIC when we offered it to you was the mistake of a lifetime which will never be made up for, it must eat at you every scecond of the day and night. You will wait your turn son.
I was curious about something, Luv. What kind of rental cars do your Usapian friends recommended to destroy with a baseball bat to blow off steam?

Just be lucky you were acquired and can continue to ride our coat tails. You should have been sold to Mesa.

Yeah, Marty has a long list of proposed orders that he submitted to the courts that they stamped with their approval, right?  Just not so many with the cases he has handled for you.

You idiots post these things like they were written by God in stone and given to Moses.
Ask your Sunday School teacher which one of the 10 Commandments include the word PROPOSED 😉
