USAPA Update: USAPA Car for Sale

The Silver USAPA car is for sale. Closed Bids will be accepted by members in good standing until 2359 on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, with a minimum bid of $8,000. Terms of the sale are: Certified cashiers check for a nonrefundable deposit by winning bidder in the amount of $1,000 must be in the USAPA office by 1700 Wednesday, January 14, 2015 and the balance by certified cashiers check by Wednesday, January 21, 2015.
The car is a 2009 Ford Taurus SE 4 Door Sedan with 30,000 miles in good condition.

"Holding a Car Smash as a fundraising event is a unique and fun way to let people take out their anger, on an inanimate object. The first step is to find a car to be smashed. Possible car donors could be a car dealership, junkyard or an insurance company. The only parts of the car that need to be in good condition are the body and glass. See if a local mechanic will donate their time by removing all fluids and hazardous materials from the car. A local towing company could become a fundraising sponsor, just by bringing the car to and from the event. Any empty lot should do for this event, as long as it is approved by the city. Allow event goers to take a swing at the car with a hammer or crowbar, charging $2 to $5 a swing. Make sure safety equipment is available, such as safety glasses and protective outerwear. Also be sure to keep the crowd back at a safe distance. Have your local paramedics present, in the event of an emergency."

Provide proof please.   USAPA accused your army of lyingitas of defecating in envelopes, sending porn magazines to USAPA families with children in the house, putting rocks in envelopes addressed to USAPA, tieing up safety lines, etc, etc.  These claims were made under oath in a court of law.   Your claims are made on a forum.
 
I can save myself, you and the readers a few needless posts. You can say the RICO was dismissed. I will post were the Judge dismissing the case said the claims against you were not quite a RICO violation, but another court could find you guilty of your vandalism.

DDR Request to PHX Pilots

Phoenix Pilots,
The USAPA Constitution and Bylaws Article IV, Section 5(D), provides for the following:
In order to ensure the Board of Pilot Representatives always remains fully constituted, a Duly Designated Representative (DDR) will be appointed to temporarily fill a vacant seat on the Board of Pilot Representatives until such time as the appropriate election process is concluded. If the vacancy is created as a result of a resigning or retiring Domicile Officer, the resigning or retiring Domicile Officer will appoint the Duly Designated Representative prior to resigning or retiring. If the vacancy is created by other means, or if the resigning or retiring Domicile Officer fails to appoint a Duly Designated Representative, the remaining Domicile Officer will appoint the Duly Designated Representative. If there is no other Domicile Officer to make the appointment, the President will appoint a pilot from the domicile to be the Duly Designated Representative.
As the elected Phoenix Representatives have resigned and failed to appointed Duly Designated Representatives as provided for in the USAPA Constitution, I ask that any member in good standing of USAPA, as determined by the Secretary Treasurer on September 16, 2014, who desires to fulfill the obligations of a DDR under the USAPA Constitution and Bylaws submit by email their desire me at president@usairlinepilots.org, for consideration as soon as possible.
