After all the bitching and moaning, after all the millions of dollars to fight, after all Cactus 18 pins, Liberty Ties, Push for Justice monthly automatic donations, after all the internet messages full of garish bravado, after a multitude of internet video productions, goat videos, Harry Potter, Blacktop Pests, I Hate Youse Guys, after a plethora of self stroking Meet and Great rally/friskings, after all the AOL legendary update letters of lore... After it all...

After it all the west pilots enthusiastically ratified a contract that cemented a status quo of seperate lists and nullified all previous contracts and agreements, including the 2005 TA. And then your beloved AOL begged to magnify the status quo of seperate lists by obtaining a seperate seat. Bravo.

Once you rationally choose to buy into insanity you cannot buy back your sanity. Go ahead and post a few more proofs for us. 🙂

Of course we ratified a contract that ensured the demise of Ucrapa. As Judge Silver pointed out, the APA is the bargaining agent then USAPA no longer has any right to represent the West pilots nor the East pilots for that matter. Followed by the West Meger Committee getting a seat at the table after arbitration (without Nicolau, so who are you going to blame?) for another arbitrator's decision you don't agree.

There has been a run on Liberty ties since the misinformation campaign. Once again, the more you gripe and moan about Liberty ties, the more you will see. The fact of the matter is we are going to see this through to the end. So, don't be concerned about we raise funds to defeat tyranny. Leonidas outlasted USAPA and celebrated it's decertification. USAPA is trying to hang on as an LLC we will frustrate your efforts until you are gone from this property. A stain which needs to be eliminated.

america west airlines formed with no pension. west pilots helped take down others who had them. west pilots next contribution to the industry was to steal seniority from others. Quite a legacy of shame.

The liberty tie is no longer an approved uniform item. See FM Part 1 , specifically 4.3-2

We are sure you will, then we will ask the arb panel why there are now three of them there? And how is advancing you on the Nic fair to the 10k LAA folks?

You never answered my question on your position on the furloughed LAA pilots for the upcoming SLI? Scared?
