Unknowingly; you've just spoken supportive volumes for my observations. Small surprise that you actually imagine movies having anything to do with real life.
Uh, ok 😉

That's perhaps your most truly brilliant posting ever. Sigh...Again: I can only suggest that "you'se" kids keep to your own if you don't want to to be properly laughed at. 🙂

You should let Eastwood know his movie about Sully has nothing to do with real life.

Go ahead, make his day.....Ace

I've had the pleasure of briefly meeting Mr. Eastwood on two occasions, and from the ensuing conversations;  I rather suspect he would take my side on this, and is a man fully aware of the proper place for entertainment versus reality. His far earlier "spaghetti westerns" served to grant him a launching pad, but in his later life he's produced fine works depicting at least aspects of fully serious periods of history, especially his latest "American Sniper", but Mr. Eastwood, obviously unlike your sad self, fully knows the difference between purely entertaining "This is Sparta!" sorts of childish fantasy and actual reality.

Sorry, but just that many mindless dots in a row failed to speak to me in any actually intelligable form. Sigh...guess I'll just have to forever suffer the fate of a "dork" by "spartan" standards. 😉

Did you beg him for his autograph? Logbook in hand?

Hardly. Unlike "you'se" he's an actually intelligent person...and who even keeps a 'Logbook"?...I gave that silly nonsense up over a quarter century ago.

Ohhhh, lucky for Clint.  Does he know what a tool you are?  I'll make you a bet:  If you can (unemotionally, of course) explain to Mr. Eastwood how your group AGREED to a process and the product of that process, THEN you voted out the old union EXPRESSLY for the evation/delay of YOUR COMMITMENT.  Then be sure to tell him how USAPA filed RICO CHARGES and was SLAMMED (TWICE) by the courts.  Then ask hiim if he would take your side.

Go have another beverage Mikey.

"lucky for Clint"? Hardly, it was a real pleasure to speak with the man, and I rather suspect he'd have easily and properly gone on his way without ever encountering myself in any case.

"Does he know what a tool you are?" I can't say for sure that he does. Perhaps "you'se" should send a mighty delegation of supposed "spartan soldiers" to instruct him there....I've no doubt he'd be fully impressed by just your "Integrity Matters" T-shirts alone....Maybe you could even convince him to make a follow-on to "American Sniper" heralding the true "heroics" of your pathetic little "army of leonidas" wimps in PHX....?

Let's see now: Flags of our Fathers/Letters From Iwo Jima/American Sniper....what could even possibly be a more "fitting" follow-on than "This is Sparta!"...?
