No one knew how Judge Silver would rule (both times) except for the West who knew for certain that USAPA would pay.

Now no one knows how the "new nicolau" arbitration panel will rule, except the West is absolutely certain.

One could almost admire their amazing tenacity shown through completely ignoring over 8 years of total failure at virtually every turn...were not said tenacity so clearly the necessary product of utterly vacuous craniums and a wholesale ability to ignore all aspects of inconvenient reality.

The dance isn't done yet Mikey. I don't know how Geo. Nicolau's compatriots will rule, BUT crow might be on the menu.

Points given for at least being somewhat cognizant of the fact that "crow might be on the menu", but your overall tone still strongly suggests a full validation of my above observations.

I hope they follow the law, earliest date to leave PHX island late 2016 per Kirby in the phx town hall meeting. If the law is not respected plan on early 2026.

The america west flight attendants did not obtain a JCBA for decades under Parker until 2013.
 
Can you blame the flight attendant lack of a JCBA on USAPA stalling like you awa pilots are, or Doug, Kirby, elise and russ stalling?  Some arbitrators may want to know about this soon.
