I think you forgot it was the east that pulled out of the SLI arbitration.

The east is represented, represented by the people who left the room Monday.  The SLI will go on with or without them, their choice, and right now they chose to withdraw.  No problem, and no claim of no representation.

or; are you stupid enough to think that by walking out the the other parties are responsible for your non-inclusion?

I suggest you do a little research on what happens at an arbitration when on of the parties decides to call it quits.
It was USAPA which pulled out. Not the east pilots. Now hurry along and get the APA to not get them represented so the east pilots can start legal action.

This should add at least another year to the process.

You did not get your injunction against USAPA today. Please elaborate on your bad news.

I did not hear any bad news. Did you and Luv run out of beer?

You got it wrong again.

It was the usapa appointed East Merger Committee that pulled out.  The usapa president then sent a letter stating usapa's position that "usapa" did not withdraw.

The APA did get the east pilots represented and a seat at the arbitration, no failure of their DFR if the east pilots merger committee walks.

Bottom line.  NAAtives are represented,  West is represented, east is represented (but chooses not to participate).  APA is in the clear, as well as the company.

BTW, the east pilots did vote for the MOU right?

The MOU spells out the process.  So by inclusion in the vote, and inclusion in the SLI process, the east pilots are represented.

Now hurry along and file whatever frivolous BS lawsuit you like, but please do not use any dues collected money for that, the West would hate to absolutely ruin the 14 BPR officers personal financial affairs.

I think that trigger has been pulled.
The Arb Panel has announced their intention to rule (by July 6th at midnight) on questions that were never established to be in their purview (that is not in the protocol agreement). And the panel has allowed the adversary parties to advise the panel on USAPA MB rights.

Thin ice. Danger Will Robinson.

Bradford did not tell the Arb Panel that Wilder was incorrect.

If the company or APA proceeds without the east pilots represented, it will be an instant DFR and damage suit. And long delays. The new east merger panel better be given time or the suit begins. If the west interferes, they will be a party.

Your NIC will never see the light of day, ever just accept that fact, but feel free to pretend to use it in PHX..

Fair and equitable.

This is going to take a long long time to get sorted out.

It seems to happen on a regular basis with Usapians.

Exhibit 1: Commander eastus McBragg  😉

Looks like a west pilot realizing he threw all his money away for nothing.

If you're so confident, then why do you have to write letters to Wilson to beg for a committee? Too bad you walked out when you had one.

Your scheme to steal jobs from the West is on it's death bed.

Feel free to pretend that LOS is seniority.

If they are writing letters asking for a new committee, expect strongly worded letters in response to the APA. Time to shut it down.

Funny you mention that!
