Hey, the way I remember it the West offered many solutions to right the problem, bur the east told us to go F ourselves.  You were going to strip us of union representation, vote in the scab union, an order the seniority list however you damn well felt.
 
Further, the east did not give the West profit sharing, the West reps negotiated profit sharing in the TA, of course your false superiority complex made you believe you gave us profit sharing.
 
So do not try and turn this thing around and blame the West for your the ends justify the means rationalization of why you scabbed jobs at LCC.

And, "an arbitrators decision is powerful evidence of a fair and equitable solution".

And had we gotten a contract, it would have been complete. It was left open so that it cold be voted down by any majority. Powerful evidence that it was not could enough to be accepted by both sides.

No need to wait for that. Just first kindly explain explain what it is you ever did in your entire life to personally "earn" the nic?  I'm afraid you clearly suffer from a "little" bit of a reality disconnect wherever the term "earn" is employed. 😉

no one "earned" the Nic, you fool. It was the result of a process which was agreed to by both sides from the start.
