“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript. The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension. The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.” No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”

There are no caps.

You took your avatar off after my request that night.  If you would like to put it back on, my offer is still valid as to my new avatar you would star in.

Steal them while you can. The vault is going to be closed and the party will come to an end. I hope you enjoy flying those lousy schedules and holidays.

I did not take it off. Your short feelings were hurt and you made that request elsewhere. That's OK, you're small and petty. 😉

DO CAPS MAKE YOU FEEL TALLER?

Jeff Fruend,

Newest member in the west pilot, money pit, group of legal reps.

Fruend vs Wilder

We have the Hummer you have the "Smart Car".

Crunch!  Now back in the slow lane where you belong, Wilder

Claxon observation.

Jeff Freund is trying to set himself up to take credit for any gain by USAirways Pilots vs american pilots, irrespective of East and west considerations.

Jeff is on his swan song, he is trying to write the ending of his autobiography. Mr Freund knows the USAirways pilots will do ok vs legacy american pilots, you know, the ones who are responsible for the MB legislation.

Read the transcripts west, it is freund anticipating the victory of US vs AMR by BOA results.

Unfortunately apa pilots have plan b, aka, (Sothwest, AirTran result.)
