Final and binding. How's that working out for you CB? I didn't agree to final and binding, should I be bound by it?
Did you agree to final and binding with the American merger? Does anything apply to you? Where is it written that each and every pilot can decide if they like a provision issued by arbitration well enough to accept it as final and binding?

I think you're really going to dislike how this SLI goes. REALLY dislike it. Lucky for you it won't apply to you.

Hey genius, did you see my question to CB? It was bait and he took it.

I think final and binding applies to all of us, within the terms of our agreements. It's that last part you guys miss.

From a letter sent by Doug Parker:

We have determined that the list submitted meets these criteria, so the company will accept the submitted list.

Someone is living in the past, Davey...............fair and equitable.

Very nice movement on the latest bid.........

I'm very familiar I am familiar with your version of "fair" so I have gotten familiar with your version of integrity. Which is non-existent.

Fair and equitable was applied to all of us in the previous arbitration as it should in the future. I recommend acceptance. This time you are in the minority.

So what....thanks for the history lesson on mobsters. Were you taking notes?

The results are in and yes, it's not about Nicolau. It's about your inability to follow a process and willingness to cheat the result.

IOW:  "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!   WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!  WAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

It's just too entertaining.  Really, I will miss the laughs you westholes provide us.

You wouldn't know integrity if it bit you in the rear.
Much more than you, Hillbilly Philly.

You guys have made the headlines again. Ponzi scheme. How come I am not surprised.

The arbitration in front of Nicolau was a one time, final and binding arbitration. It produced a list. The contract that birthed that arbitration stipulated the use of that list was contingent, ergo optional, at the discretion of any party that had power over those contingencies. Word.

The contracts for this arbitration (the MOU, the PA) stipulate that the newly arbitrated list (from three lists) is immediately a part of the JCBA upon publication, but its implementation is contingent upon the company's whim to actually use it.

Good luck!!

"You guys"? Not me. I had nothing to do with this old news. Did he get your money? 🙂
