Pi brat said:Those things you directly attribute to me- I didn't do a single one. And as far as " My" union goes, it was your Union too. As a matter of fact, it was more your own Union as I didn't vote for it, I never held an office, was a rep or served on a committee. Unlike you who was a rep at the end. Someone on the inside with a vote. And with that you sold your soul and did not exactly what you'd complained about the east doing but conspiring to trick f the MOU. You have no integrity.
Enjoy the rest of your career in PHL. I doubt you'll make many friends.
Oh.....I remember this one........
I had a conversation with John Mahlman about the AWA/AAA arbitration. I explained in factual terms that he was indeed a signed (by proxy) participant (as he was a member of the collective bargaining agent), and thus bound by that process and decision.
Your argument holds the same water that the Nazi's used when asked about the war crimes. You as a participant and supporter are as guilty as those who ordered the actions. The only sad thing about our case in NC is that we couldn't name more litigants, IHMO.
My "union"? That's utterly laughable! My "union" was found GUILTY of DFR. We were forced to defend and attack by you/your "union"'s actions. Egg/chicken argument.....the AWA/AAA arbitration came FIRST before the MOU. Thus the DFR. Do you get it now??
Just remember, el Presidente' said if FIRST and BEST:
“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript. The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension. The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.” No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”
