Those things you directly attribute to me- I didn't do a single one. And as far as " My" union goes, it was your Union too. As a matter of fact, it was more your own Union as I didn't vote for it, I never held an office, was a rep or served on a committee. Unlike you who was a rep at the end. Someone on the inside with a vote. And with that you sold your soul and did not exactly what you'd complained about the east doing but conspiring to trick f the MOU. You have no integrity.

Enjoy the rest of your career in PHL. I doubt you'll make many friends.

Oh.....I remember this one........

I had a conversation with John Mahlman about the AWA/AAA arbitration.  I explained in factual terms that he was indeed a signed (by proxy) participant (as he was a member of the collective bargaining agent), and thus bound by that process and decision.

Your argument holds the same water that the Nazi's used when asked about the war crimes.  You as a participant and supporter are as guilty as those who ordered the actions.  The only sad thing about our case in NC is that we couldn't name more litigants, IHMO.

My "union"?  That's utterly laughable!  My "union" was found GUILTY of DFR.  We were forced to defend and attack by you/your "union"'s actions.  Egg/chicken argument.....the AWA/AAA arbitration came FIRST before the MOU.  Thus the DFR.  Do you get it now??

Just remember, el Presidente' said if FIRST and BEST:

“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript. The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension. The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.” No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”

We'll see NGU.  It depends on how the BOA rules, and how quickly Parkirby pull the band-aide off.

You were a member and elected rep man!

I think deep inside your action eat at you. When you can clear the old video clips and movies out of your head and it's quiet, I bet that still small voice practically yells at you. YOU did exactly what you screamed about the last 9 years. Get some help man.

The shepard didn't worry about his health. He selected a few smooth stones, planted one squarely in the giant's forehead and cut off his head.

Sigh...I see now. So not only was the nic crusade fully "righteous" beyond doubt, but those mighty "spartan soldiers" like yourself were somehow acting as biblical Davids with even the Lord's backing? The fantasies of cutting off "his head" are additionally "interesting"....Whew! "You'se" honestly do need professional help son.

The self righteous indignation of some westicles is quite theatrical, but obviously genuine.

I have come to accept (reluctantly) that some Jerry Springer guests are indeed genuine representatives of erect mammals, proving the ineficacy of Darwin's theory, after so many eons.

But even Jerry Springer guests don't spend $675 on a tie while they daydream of being on Dr Phil.

You're wasting your time trying to convince him of anything....unless it's for entertainment purposes. Then I say carry on.

All the while this fight is going on it looks like the un"i"ons days are numbered. It looks like the Supreme Court is going to overrule Abood this term and thereby Street and Hanson will also fail. Then my money to un"I"ones is over and when guys like DS complain we won't March with them watch the fireworks then. DS and his likes I will NEVER follow.

Coming to work whether DS likes it or not.

(Gotta run now....headed to PHL for yet another A330 transatlantic crossing and a left-seat landing for my logbook.  You have many of those in your logbook, "Bub"?)

OJ Simpson rushed for 2000 yards in a single season.

What's your point?

You're the who's action's eating them, that's why you pop your head up like a pairie dog every time the subject is mentioned.

You know deep inside that what USAPA did is unethical and you support what they did.

You oppose the United States of America's legal system?

Umm....Wow! I had no idea things ever got even close to being that truly horrific. I must've missed all the memos regarding the apparent atrocities "you'se" suffered.  So, uh, just how many PHX "spartans" WERE loaded into boxcars and sent to death camps?  Seriously; at least consider getting some clearly needed professional help.

I don't think so. The level and type of his protestations show that he has some deep seated issues. Like I said, I think that still small voice gets to him.
