WRONG again Ace. Marty's paid up, and contributions keep ROLLING in. We even have retirees & OAL pilots contributing (besides our loyal pilot group as well).

If it makes you feel better, I can say "We're in the RED" and Marty's gonna quit!" (still wouldn't be true, but it will make you feel better).

If ya have an ATP you can apply anywhere.  Who cares about your skills.. again you are having chronic trouble with details... Remember we are talking about which company is least desirable, not how capable its employees are..
 
Anyone who has been in the service knows the dirty secret...There is one service that is last on anyone's choice.. And many never even applied to that service.
 
And as you have confessed, you have lots of Army pilots that actually also applied to America West.  Actually applied..  Applied.  Get it.  Birds of a feather...

Jeez you are a Richard Cranium. Look Dick, I mentioned both BRANCH & RANK. You know RANK, that's the level of ACHIEVEMENT in one's particular branch of service.

We have SEVERAL (BTW that's MORE than 7) USAF Academy grads. You know, RING KNOCKERS. We have retired NAVAL AVIATORS (you know,"Top Gun" sorts, Captains, Lt. Commanders, etc.). WE have retired MARINE pilots (you know, like FULL BIRD Colonels), SOME fixed & rotor wing Army Aviators, a few ground pounders (to include a 1 star General), and I believe we even had an Air Force One pilot.

Most of your classmates are now at Jet Blue, or UPS or Fed Ex or Southwest or America West.

I have talked personally with the guys being sued by the mighty spartans...  I asked them where we could donate for them, and they laughed and said there was no need to donate.  
 
Maybe you should contact them to alert them to what you know already...
