I saw the first revision.. but missed the second revision..
 
But the real problem started when I read the error that shows up in SAP.. It uses past tense like SAP is already over..  "Employee did not participate in SAP for this contract month".
 
All is normal... just typical confusion courtesy of the award winning IT department of DUI and the Purple TuTu.

I have seen that message when checking early and results were not processed. A bad choice of vernacular for the request chosen by software developers.
As an aside, hard to believe 30 yrs ago today The Shuttle Challenger was lost.....

Not at all, but I'm guessing YOU personally wouldn't be much considered as worthy of "Duty" for so much as even a chock. Am I at all in error there? A sad day indeed, and a time to remember those who perished. They died doing what they loved, and performing the essential mission of extending human knowledge into unknown frontiers.  We are all so much better for ever having such "crazy" and fully courageous people among us.

Umm Hmm... Sigh...."You'se" really should've at least tried to somehow get yourself laid in much earlier life.The clear failure to do so shows, but perhaps all the intended recipients of your "Baby I got it" delusions just had too many other and far better options....like say even staring at a bar napkin, or even just a door jamb to otherwise focus their attentions on. Who knows?  Umm...not that an incredibly frail physique with "capt" flitting hands, especially coupled with the voice tones of an obvious castrato wouldn't of course have gotten you far, but still...."Baby"...What can anyone say there?

If only there was SOME way where 2 (or more) parties could meet after failed negotiations & mediation, where ALL PARTIES would be bound to a process governed by a NEUTRAL 3rd party. We could call it "ARBITRATION", and the outcome would be FINAL & BINDING on all parties.

Wouldn't that be GREAT??

Parties to a contract can write it with any contingency they want, and once they sign it they have to live with the consequences, even if they assume such a contingency won't matter.

Arbitration is nothing but a subsection of a greater contract, no matter how desperately anyone wants it to be more.

Hate to break it to you, but you're going to have westies over there, downsizing or not.  Looks like some of the east bases will shrink, but not enough to offset the need for new hires/transfers or at least I hope not for your sake🙂  That would be a lot of shrinkage.  Don't worry though, while I like CLT and think there are some great places to live around there (I even like some of the east pilots I've met in CLT) 😱 , I have no desire to be based in CLT, PHL, or BOS.  LAX, PHX, and DFW are my first choices.

No kidding...........this is just entertainment........I'm just disappointed in the downsizing and other things after looking over the earnings report, AWA management is in way over thier head and nowhere near capable of competing with Delta.

I think I'm a little more positive than you, but I have the same concerns.  This team is pretty good at mergers and synergies, but do they have what it takes to make sound strategic decisions for this company going forward?
