Answer this: should Legacy American Airlines Pilots furloughed at the time of merger announcement be placed below all working former america west pilots with no credit for LOS?

So, if you still think our MEC were heroes at Wye River, tell that to our bottom 175 pilots. All we can say is when you update your resume, just remember who didnt SAVE DAVE.

If the former West MEC goes after us on the facts, well have to put out more details, including actual statements from those who were there on both sides. But thats the former MECs call.

I heard the west guy left to go skeet shooting! This was from someone that was there. The west going with there own comittee for this arbitration is a huge mistake. Not my call.

They are not the brightest group and quite a few westies know it's a big mistake, had a pretty senior west Capt in the jumpseat out of MIA. He was adamant about not going it alone.

being dominated by USAPA. For that reason, the West Pilots conclude that APA
has the discretion to appoint a West Committee to participate in the seniority
integration process."
No west MB status, USAPA did not give up their legal rights.

The west pilots used john scherff obtained addresses (illegally copied from a company computer and found to be a non essential company id breach {after 627 thousand dollar id theft protection spent} by doug parker in a "internal investigation") for East pilots in their latest suit against USAPA representatives.

Why are the West pilots on the board not articulating their stand with American pilots? It would be informative to hear their seniority proposal. We do know they are trying the Nic on us. And this is a good thing as it is that insane. But knowing the APA, having a sister flying there- the West is going to kick a hornets nest if they try and drop the AA furloughed without any LOS credit. The APA will crush the West. The West guys have absolutely no idea what they are up against.
 
Let us think about this, sue defunct impotent spartans or the money shots doogie, and a corporation for id breech.

Yes, I believe this will be their proposal. And that is a good thing. The APA will pull the long knives.
The AA pilots know Leonidas and West are proposing a staple job. From what I hear, the AA proposal will keep AAA pilots off the 787, 777, 767 for a long time. The East will get the 350 flying ordered. The West will fare far worse having brought nothing.
