Why are the West pilots on the board not articulating their stand with American pilots? It would be informative to hear their seniority proposal. We do know they are trying the Nic on us. And this is a good thing as it is that insane. But knowing the APA, having a sister flying there- the West is going to kick a hornets nest if they try and drop the AA furloughed without any LOS credit. The APA will crush the West. The West guys have absolutely no idea what they are up against.
.

Maybe the wests minion Traitor can answer for them.

Yes, I believe this will be their proposal. And that is a good thing. The APA will pull the long knives.

You might see the APA want to avoid the MB process and work something out between the two parties.

Tune in later.
That should have happened a couple years ago. What is statute of lim?
USAPA did not do it for some reason. It is rumored Leonidas used the company data in the latest lawsuit. If that can be proved the lawsuit will get very interesting. I would imagine that data will surface in the suit. And USAPA can bring the West reps in on deposition as well as the company. The " internal investigation" will receive an outside look.

The AA pilots know Leonidas and West are proposing a staple job. From what I hear, the AA proposal will keep AAA pilots off the 787, 777, 767 for a long time. The East will get the 350 flying ordered. The West will fare far worse having brought nothing.
Just curious why you think East gets the 350 vacancies.

They were ordered after the merger with AWA. Are these USAPA airplanes just like 24% of the flying the West now performs?

I think the West has a pretty good shot at being awarded a share of the wide body flying you covet so dearly. 15 A330's that arrived on the property after and as a result of the merger that they have been denied because of the SLI battle.

A question for you: Do you think USAirways pilots that spent as much as 9 or 10 years on furlough status should be given full credit towards length of service in the AA SLI?

Have a good weekend.

The mighty Army of Leonidas is very hesitant to reveal their master plan for furloughed American Airlines pilots. They have revealed their scheme for east pilots after their failed Nic list. Mitchell Vaselino and others know the wrath of THOUSANDS of Legacy American pilots will head their way.
Spinthis/ Eastcheats/ Cactuspilot1 will not divulge their position. Continue to flush them out into the light. It is no secret west pilots view any furlough time as a weapon to be used.
Which one is Vasin? If he is here and posting, he would be pretty stupid.

If the AA pilots and the AWA pilots also receive the credit, then yes.

AWE...BS

I did not see anything in the TOS that said he could not post here. Get a clue

I cannot give you an absolute time on that 350 order, but pretty sure it was 2005 and specifically tailored for the USAirways transatlantic market. Had nothing to do with PHX or domestic. That is fact. As far as the AA furloughed people, I do feel they should get credit, LOS. Personally, it is hard to deny anyone their time in service, and we all know it is nobody's fault as a line driver when it comes to our collective fate.
Just my opinion. Do you have any info on when the 350 order was put in?
You too, have a good weekend.

Fine, let him post then. I would like to hear the West position on the AA Legacy furloughed as well. I know what the have proposed for the East guys. I saw that list here already. And it won't fly as it was based on 10 yr old conditions.

I think you need to ask Mitch about the West position on that subject 😉

It appears the original order was in 2005 as part of Airbus financing for the merger, modified in 2007:

350's were ordered for east markets, PHX cannot support revenue base for operation of this aircraft.
Bruce Lakefield arranged for the Airbus financing not Parker.
330's are mostly replacement aircraft for the Easts 767's - as remarked by Parker
It's interesting that the cactus pilot website says the updated Nic list has west pilots as 767 pilots. If you look at the new company 2015 west seniority list on wings they are listed as 757 pilots?
