.... I'd tell you about the lifestyle I've earned, but you wouldn't believe it anyway.

Please do feel perfectly free to dazzle us all with your many "earned" accomplishments....? Special reference as to just why your sick sorts can even imagine youselves magically "worthy" of usurping as much as 17 years of any other human being's worked life would certainly serve to enlighten us all. Don't hold back, nor be even the least bit bashful about it. Be advised though, that anything short of hopelessly infantile and completely mindless braggadocio would woefully fall very short of established "spartan" standards of purely fantasized self "worth".....So? Proceed...? I, for one, am perfectly prepared to be properly dazzled, intimidated and hugely impressed. Whatcha' got to offer?

No worries, little princess. I was addressing your supposed "men". Let me know if you can ever actually find any within the heroic ranks of you'se pwecious widdle "army"....?

Why do you call me princess?  Do you think I am a woman or something?  You can't even keep your stupid posts straight.

You really have a severe personality disorder.  Act like an actual grown up, and you will be treated as one.

David Braid presentation to AAL

"The West Pilots

•Have done a fantastic job despite shrinking and watching all the growth and benefits go to the East pilots
•Been locked out and blocked from being a part of the airline
•Have played by the rules and been punished for it (Nicolau, injunction)
•Bad behavior by the East has been handsomely rewarded
•Have reached the end of our good humor and polite disposition
•Have dealt with uncertainty and disappointment for far to many years
•Going onto yet another merger with uncertainty about seniority and timeline.
•Possibly another two or three years. Waiting over a decade.
•The company has handed the East pilots evidence for seniority integration against the West
•Relied on statements and written commitments by Doug Parker CEO"

The 2004 hire Spartans are following Mitchell Vasin lockstep. Explains the multitude of un ripe expeditions stonewalled by the 9 th in SF. Young Mitchell believed the absurd Wake ruling would stand as well. The Wilders rolled their eyes the minute that crackpot ruled.
Bobby Baldocks' daddy pushed the entire abortion Wakes direction after a quick round of golf. Seems young Bobby was quite upset with the loss of his Nic windfall.
Mitchell and Eric Ferguson, along with Mark Doyal are all graduates of lower tier law schools, taught by low tier professors.
Billy Wilder has had an unbelievably easy time eviscerating every scheme the young " attorneys" have cooked up.

Bobby jr is a west pilot.....

Why is it you westies like to post your Cactus pilot contributor list which has roughly 1172 contributors, and the companies west seniority list has 1560 pilots hired up to 2008? That means about 25% of your group hasn't donated one cent.

How about you Metroyet, how much have you donated, do you put your money where your big mouth is?

Who is your boogeyman today?

"In that case, Judge Neil Wake ruled that USAPA was not fairly representing all of its pilots because it had not implemented the Nicolau award. In June, the U.S. Appeals Court in San Francisco overturned that ruling , saying it was too soon for a decision because no seniority ruling has been implemented."

"In the US Airways America West case, it went to binding arbitration but there was a requirement as part of that that the two unions negotiate a joint contract with the company, which wasnt done yet.

And because it wasnt done yet, the side that didnt like it could prevent a joint contract from getting done. And because of that, the seniority integration never happened." SCOTT KIRBY

Scott Kirby has a much better legal mind than Judge Wake..........
Scott Kirby understood the need for a JCBA. That absolute idiot Wake, a product of the Arizona legal system was utterly clueless.

Who's my boogeyman? Wtf does that mean? Of course I've given money. Now that the individual scabs are being sued I'll happily give. Who cares where it goes as long as it goes through the unbelievably exhorbitant legal process. No stopping that now!
