Well it seems west donations are dwindling done quite a bit after the the latest PHX Update, no surprise, why keep throwing away money for a lost cause, also hearing a lot of westies want to join in with the esst merger committee as the west has nothing to offer.

Yea dork, Leonidas is out of money and is still adding experts to the team. All I see from the Pickleball Committee is an obsession with the West pilot efforts. You keep your plans quiet when you don't have one other than trying to block what you can't, a West Merger Committee.

Preparing for arbitration. Most notably, we have retained airline economist Dan Aikens. As many of you already know, Dan was a critical component of our America West Merger Committee under ALPA, and the Nicolau Award was substantially influenced by his analysis (the PEM Pilot Earnings Model). Dan has subsequently worked with Jeff Freund and his legal team in both the Delta / Northwest and the United / Continental seniority integrations. We are pleased to have Dan working on behalf of the America West pilots again.

You are so completely clueless I'm not sure there are enough hours in the day to "help" you, and moreover, I don't think you want "help" as your world simply wouldn't make any sense without the facts you've manufactured to supplant reality. ...
1) His name is Eric Ferguson.

2) Eric was hired in 2003. I was hired in 2004,......

3) I am a licensed attorney in Arizona.

4) I attended an IN-PERSON law school that is fully accredited by the American Bar Association.

Like I said in my earlier post, I really don't care what alternative universe you choose to live in. This process is going to continue unabated by your ignorance, and there is really not a whole lot you and your buddies can do about it except ####, whine, and make a bunch of background noise.

We believe you and many of your coworkers are underhanded, filthy, disgusting excuses for human beings, you behavior is inexcusable and reprehensible, and therefore we are prepared to do WHATEVER is necessary to end that era of tyranny. And I also have to say that we could not have done it without loudmouth half-brains like you reminding us what we are up against.

Whew! Speaking of "what alternate universe you choose to live in"....Wow! Sometimes, words just fail me.  The above rant, other than clearly serving as an angry cry for some sort of help, should cause anyone out east the slightest "grief" in what way, exactly?

Well, given the context of some "alternate universe"; that seems "rational" enough, I suppose, and it's healthy for a person to vent sometimes.

One could never imagine that there was even the slightest self interest involved anywhere at all within the west's noble (and literally self-styled as "righteous") crusade. 😉

If any of you are honestly imagining that having purely lucked-into postitions and pay with the world's largest airline, through absolutely NO doings of your own, somehow amounts to nobly suffering an "era of tyranny", well; psychiatric care is far past merely suggested, and is indeed necessary.

I've no claims to spiritual perfection to offer. Heck, I never even had any "Integrity Matters" T-shirts printed up to pretend otherwise, and I understand that those are especially appropriate attire while playing the part of management's mindless cheerleaders, although pom poms are apparently optional. Kneepads (at least in this instance) being an unknown though, since the frame stops at the beer-belly.

If they don't yet; this should serve to further educate them on management's little lap dogs/love puppies in PHX/"sparta". It's a pity the video showing their then "leadership" directly asking the CEO if they "should turn in" east pilots for actually having both engines running while taxiing is company property, and thus not suitable for public posting.

An election? It's no surprise you are unfamiliar with an election. AOL never had an election and has never opened up the Nic or Nothing strategy. Some amateur lawyers that are junior pilots have maneuvered into a position of power (among Westies) that they could never risk via an election.
