The west pilots, we saved you idea of sli integration by being mitch vasilino in new hire class, was when the East pilots drew the line.

west pilots legal history;

DFR 1, west lost.

DFR 2, west lost.

US Airways Declaratory judgment, west lost.

Make my day and bring up the RICO, they never said you did not **** in an envelope and mail it to USAPA, they just had a legal finding that it was not under the RICO.

Arbitration for west pilots to have their own merger committee;
they won the battle but lost the war on that one.

west pilots now have their own merger committee, but now west pilots only have phx, with Southwest Airlines the dominant airline and old narrow body aircraft being the first to go to bone yard and furloughs and no attrition and stagnation.

The quintessential poetic justice scenario.

Had the merger not taken place, as Parker said on many occasions AWA would have declared bankruptcy and there would have been a 15% downsizing.
Had the merger not taken place, as Parker has said on many occasions, USAirways would have declared CH7 bankruptcy and there would have been 100% downsizing.....

N924BS,

What did psa add to the US Airways psa merger?
(rhetorical question)

30 or so MD-80s and that scumbag Armen Janzen.

924BS,

How did you get your seniority number at US Airways?  Did psa have wide bodies?  Was psa a thriving airline?

The psa pilots were given US Airways pilots retirement lump sum money back in the nineties when they retired.

What kind of retirement program did psa pilots have before the merger?
(rhetorical question) you had the same retirement benefits as the west pilots, none.

1) No arbitration required. DOH was agreed to, probably because the AAA pilots knew the PI merger was on deck.

2) Defined Benefit Plan. Your information is incorrect. The plan was in place prior to the AAA merge.

3) The PSA retirees got what was negotiated an in the CBA at the time.

Did USAir have wide bodies on the property or on order prior to merging with PI. (Rhetorical question..)

psa was like Air Cal, except psa merged with US Airways and Air Cal merged with american.

Take note west pilots.

Looks like the Rustheads got a lottery ticket when they merged with PI.

How many B767's did USAir have on the property or on order?
