Mitch and Eric are scoring big points in the APA C&R. BIG points. If I buy a tie, will it encourage them to post more?
Mitch and Eric need to pay attention to seniority. Their judges accrue seniority by date of hire.

Wrong forum shorty. This is an airline forum where MB is the methodology, not DOH.

Well then; thank goodness for that, I suppose. I mean really; while those judges clearly have no need to connive, disrespect and back-stab each other over seniority, well...what would be the possible use of an actually sane system like that for pilots, after all? Heck, just these boards alone provide ample proof of the true value of instead employing some purely infantile "It's ALL about MEEE!/What's in it for MEEE?" approach instead...Right?

While we're at it; care to take a few moments to fully explain all the "benefits" the pilot group or you've personally received through any insisting on relative "seniority" during this past decade alone? All those millions wasted in legal expenses as well as your sad tantrums and waay-cool-dude T-shirts and ties aside, of course?

How do they do it in Phoenix?
It looks like you Pickleballers are nearing retirement and will have to put on those flip-flops, knee high black socks and take up shuffleboard.

East pilots be sure to tune into the webcast tonight. This will be the 9 th live.

The Court offers video streaming of all (or almost all) arguments. You can access audio or video streams from the main page of the court website http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov. Click on one of the links under the beige-colored bar labeled Live Oral Arguments which is in the middle of the page about halfway down. The links are labeled by date, starting time and location. Streaming will usually commence a few minutes prior to the scheduled start of the proceedings.

Video and audio recordings of oral arguments also are available here: http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/media.

You will get a nice view of Marty or Freund. The Heart Dr. was not paid so he will not be there.

More the pity that "you'se" were/are far too greed-soaked, childish, and hopelessly short-sighted to ever factor that into your "It's ALL about MEEE!" world view then.

Continue to have fun in Fantasyland/PHX and don't expect to exit the amusement park anytime soon son.

I've waited for this day in the 9th a long time. We'll see who gets soaked.

Marty is looking out for them like a kindly grandfather breaking up a fight at the local park.

Marty was the last one to get to speak via his "Rebuttal".. Problem was he rebutted nothing at all said by anyone.. but spent instead his time crafting a vision of how the Court finally had one last chance to make everything hunkydorry.. as if the court had F-ed up all this time. I guess he was rebutting a decade of the court decisions against him (but especially the court refusing to get his legal billings paid!!).

USAPA Pat did quite the backstroke when the tough questions started going his way and yielded to the company attorney who was more than happy to give Pat more time to sink. Pat retreated to his chair.

Marty made it clear that Pat was telling the West pilots one thing at the road shows and the East pilots something different. It's also clear to the judges that USAPA is decertified. Just Silver made reference to what that meant in her ruling.

The attorneys for each side were pretty sad in their explanations. Siegal actually had to step in and explain the MOU. The judges obviously are going to need their clerks figure out how to decide and write their decisions. They were that clued out.
Gary Hummel, in his last of a multitude of stupid moves, failed to have Bill Wilder there. It would have been a lot different had he.
