An argument could be made that AOL leaders have more inherent characteristics that engender respect than the subversives in LAX do, if integrity is graded on a broad continuum, or if limited intelligence is considered a mitigating factor.

Your never proved your allegations in court. In fact, the court found the case so bad they dismissed it with prejudice which means: In the formal legal world a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.

I think the charges were fabrications intended to intimidate West pilots and to quiet opposition. Not only did you not quiet opposition, West pilots rallied around the falsely accused and increased support for Leonidas. The Cactus 18 was a wake-up call to the threat to our careers by the fake union.

The reason AOL has had its a$s kicked for nearly a decade in the DFR pursuit is that your lawyers peddle broad generalizations and assumptions as if they were delivered by Moses.

The defendants were not found guilty of a RICO offense but the judge offered that the same accusations could indeed be litigated under different laws.

AOL has argued it's DFR claims before no less than five courts and have yet to grasp why they are losers. Maybe it's not just a prejudiced court system.

Your "win" in Silver's court said once the APA is the bargaining agent they run the show. USAPA no longer represents West pilots or East pilots. The APA does.
