You west idiots have had almost nine years now to appeal to Nicolau since his "award" is still not in effect.  Why have you not taken this step?  
 
We know the answer, and you are afraid to admit it.  Nicolau will never be able to help you dumbs**ts because the criteria to implement the "award" have never been completed.  You can't have a dispute over something that has never really existed in practice.
 
So...now come up with more distractive b***s**t that is not in any way germane.  That's all you have been doing for nine years.  Why stop now?  It's been just SO DAMN effective for you, no?

You do realize that we just ended a new SLI in which the Nic is the only system seniority list for all LCC pilots, as affirmed by two of the three parties involved, right? 
 
Seems not only did the scab union fail to ever ratify a different seniority regime, they were also found guilty of DFR for breach of their contractual commitments for failure to use the Nic in this SLI.
 
Maybe the BOA will give some credence to uscaba part deux's three list argument, but I am guessing since the 9th ruled just the opposite, it was you morons who should have protested to Nicolau and sought his jurisdiction over the award many moons ago.
 
Oh, and BTW, the conditions for implementation were met when we voted on the MOU.  RIPE as confirmed by the 9th.

Yea, because orders from judges, wise counsel from seasoned arbitrators & lawyers, and even admonishments from el Presidente' Cleary is "sensless crap".
 
I just can't wait to hear what you have to say about the BOA's ruling later this year.  That's going to be the story here, and your response to that ruling.
