Well, my commuter was bigger than PSA, and unfortunately wasted about 650 million for 30 MD 80's and a small bunch of whiners, you should feel very lucky we acquired you, right. to bad we did not merge with Western

"Well, my commuter was bigger than PSA" fails to much impress. PSA was a great little flying club to be part of, although I'll go to my grave thinking I must've gotten some "double-secret-waiver" to have been accepted among an overwhelmingly USN presence as a "mere" USAF type. On that level: I can only assume N924PS must've demonstrated truly impressive oral skills to have ever gotten a job there without even the slightest semblance of established "street cred" of any kind, although he's in the past bragged about once actually even being invited/escorted into the O Club at Miramar as a guest.  No matter. Among the "small bunch of whiners" acquired there was Capt Sullenberger, the occassional ex Blue Angel,  Mig killers from Vietnam and even some as far back then as Korea, and of course us with at least just a pulse and opposable thumbs to offer. No harm there/No foul to you, since all was just part of the merger-mania game no line guys/gals had any control over...and yes, we all well remember "Western Airlines...the only way to fly!" with proper fondness.

Yeah. Too bad Bob Crandall couldn't close the deal with PSA before Ed Colodny made his offer for $17/share or 400 million dollars. I would have been a 777 Captain based in LAX when I retired.
And the fleet was 31 Super 80's, 4 DC-9-30's and 20 BAE 146's( a small bunch of whiners?). Only 19 of those actually made it to the merger, because one of your commuter's disgruntled employees shot the pilots and flew the plane into the ground near Big Sur. It all went downhill after that thanks to your stellar commuter's crack management team.
Thanks for the ride.
maybe AIR CAL would have been a better choice?

Would that be the stellar management team that let you retire in the left seat of the A330?

You are a real scumbag but everyone knows that already.

Hope they sue big time, separate ops is fine for all of us, right, I know the AA boys are fine with it.
If the BOA starts with the Nicolau seniority list for LUS (you know, like 2 of the three committees argued for) why on earth would we "sue big time"? I don't know what the list looks like.. I'm just asking.

West pilots bragging about their war chest? , I.E. Lost my seniority issue , Ed James gone, replaced by council versed in RLA , connect with he dots ! Their comments on CNR are very telling of the state of pilot integration, ! Why use a telegraph when your that stupid!
Are you sure the West pilots lost their seniority issue?

Well Waaah/Waah po' widdle baby-boy.  The entire basis for your supposed ethics and morals is now made abundantly clear. Get over yourself and at least finally try to Grow Up. The whole universe wasn't really created just for your personal convenience.

Gently suggested study for the hopeful betterment of your clearly constricted little soul:

Huh, there is no NIC, you turned it down at Wye and STL..........bottom line no NIC for you....get it?

It's funny....when America West Airlines / CACTUS was flying troops the the desert, no one had trouble with the call sign then. ....

The kindest thing I can even manage there is some combination of "Seriously?" and again "thanks for the laughs", mighty "spartan"/clearly wannabe, umm...."soldier", and apparently now some "hero" for "flying troops to the desert" in airspace made safe for you to do so by your betters?  "You'se" can't have the slightest idea of what controllers in "the desert" thought. Trust me on this much; "you'se" weren't ever anything at all to even think of there. Call signs in theater are abundant, change as needed, and concern no one except as needed. Grow Up.

Quite sure........fair and equitable, that's code for no NIC.....Wye River lives rent free in your head.

Luv watching you guys whine in the CNR board.

I'm sure "you'se" have been stuck, utterly stagnant and continuously whining in a tiny "Fishbowl" as your own people have described it for over a full decade now. Perhaps PHX/"Sparta" shares Charlie Sheen's strange fantasies about "Winning!"....? 😉
