I'll keep my integrity & you can take your ill gotten gains & pay for your actions later.  I have no regrets for any of our DEFENSIVE actions.  I sleep well every night knowing that I and all the others defended against your actions, attacks & harm.  If you sleep well it is because you have no understanding of keeping your word, honor, integrity, or moral compass.

 
Without meaning further insult: Homework assignment for the betterment of your soul and integrity to ponder: Precisely WHAT renders the nic arbitration even the least bit more magically sacred than the latest product of equally whimsical arbitration? Would not an arbitration-worshipping man of integrity necessarily embrace the latest definition of "integrity" with equal enthusiasm? Should not such a man equally eschew any/all spoken suggestions of "ill gotten gains", since said gains clearly came down with the arbs/"Moses" as virtual commandments? Are you now, magically and very strangely against the "righteous" acceptance of "holy tablets" from not merely one, but three arbitrators of all that's pure and "right"? From your previous "philosophy", well, even speaking of supposedly "ill gotten gains" from any such "righteous" source would seem blasphemous!
 
Was not a fully legal "process" performed these last 9 years? is the latest "list" less than the "holy" and "righteous" product of not just one, but even 3, count 'em THREE sacred arbitrators of the sort the west holds (or at least previously held) to be essentially infallible? How even DARE you speak of your personal integrity against that of the latest arbitrators...? Are you now daring to even suggesting that your own judgment, versus that of ANY given arbitrator, should even be considered? 😉

P.S. Last observation now, for purely the sake of additional chuckles:  You west folk must (hopefully for your own sake as even supposedly thinking people) at least slightly realize that logic prohibits the claiming of any particular arbitration to be hugely suffused with primal "righteousness" if it's later discarded by other arbitrators, in much the same way that other/higher courts often dismiss the products of previous preceedings...well, unless "you'se" can somehow manage to worship purely and only at the alter of St. Nic exclusively, and are little more than simpleton zealots that don't truly believe in the "sacred" nature of arbitration at all, as you've previously even shouted, and always loudly held to be your true belief for so long now. Since all arbitration of course produces a "fair and equitable" product, well, your current distress seems a bit of a puzzle....? 😉

And all we had to do was to bend to your addled minded cry that the final & binding arbitration was unfair, and that we should negotiate AWAY from the product of an agreed upon process UNTIL you thought it was fair?  No thanks.

And with that, many more RLA and NMB processes become irrelevant, other than to inject unconscionable delays, denominated in years.

The east never took the NIC from you, you never had it in the first place, so don't get so butt hurt about not getting your windfall. The NIC required a JCBA remember? And the easts integrity is completely intact, we didn't allow you novices to steal from our furloughed, usurping years and even decades of time served.
You had a 3 man arbitration board this time; could they have given you the NIC? Of course they could, even two of the SLI committees requested it. So why didn't you get it? It was because NIC made a huge error and you didn't deserve it then and you certainly don't deserve it now. Enjoy your new seniority number Dave.

From the previous (even non-mug-shot) pictures he wouldn't even know a decently fashionable, and even at all respectable shirt if it did the same. Seriously; who dresses that poor guy? Well, I suppose his "formal" attire as depicted at least rises slightly above that of the T-shirt flock of "Integrity Matters"/"Dire Wolf" sorts a little bit....What a truly "classy" bunch. Who could have much earlier ever believed such laughably pathetic, feeble little creatures would ever represent the "new breed" of "pilots" at any level?

Previously I posted a photo of him hamming it up with Sullenberger and Skiles at Oshkosh. He is an opportunistic pathetic soul trying to get a picture to post on his blog for aviation credibility to enhance his image with young folk aspiring of an aviation career. Look at the expressions of Sully and Skiles as he snaps the picture. From their looks they would rather be on planet Mars rather than in a picture with Capn Aux.

Hey hey Dorothy, welcome back we sure did miss you and all those legal posting, you and your AFO gang sure did a number on your pilot group, OUCH, guess you should have taken the NIC at Wye River or STL. Should have listened to Dave Blomgren he gave you the answers to the test but you just did not listen, anyhow how bout that bucket of Bojangles.



Sure hope you guys can stop this somehow!

Yep, and sadly, I can't even begin to imagine any "better" or more forceful indictment of the pilot work groups' even supposed "intelligence"...and I must confess any/all illusions of an aerial fraternity of ANY sort were finally finished off by all this childish insanity. For many years I'd walked through airports at least imagining some similarity among us all, but after seeing utter infants "proudly" presenting themselves in "Dire Wolf" T-shirts, and the incredibly pathetic, shoe-sole-licking likes of Johnny M directly asking of the CEO if, umm..."he"..."should turn in" supposedly fellow pilots, well...I can't say I'll afterwards much this whole airline "pilot" thing all that much after all.
 
I suppose I should've gotten my first clue when long ago taking a smoking break outside CLT. While standing near a commuter pair of uniformed "pilots" and watching an incredibly beautiful display of many thousands of birds essentially swarming, the copilot of the two mused out loud: "How can they fly that close together and not hit each other?" I started to say something appropriately comical in response, and then realized from his voice tone that the poor kid had never so much as even flown in formation, and wasn't actually joking with his question. Oh well. I feel very, VERY lucky to have largely lived a life in aviation in the time I was afforded....although a P40 with Chinese Nationalist markings in 1941/2 wouldn't have bothered me in the least....But I'll leave such childish fantasy aside in favor of of a proper salute to the actual men who flew them then. 😉

Darience covered that well by posting a pic of that smarmy little "chit" trying to chat up an elder at Oshkosh with the imagined dialog of: "Did you take a lot of selfies in your B17?"....Properly imagined response: "You really should go away now son."

Oh, be fair there sir.  I, for one at least, have always been fully "impressed" by such "heroic spartans" infantile fantasies about "war"....and even imagining meeting an actual "hero" and "veteran" of theirs like that, well....words truly do fail me there.
 
Of course if "cap'n aux" obvious "heroism" isn't readily apparent from just that video alone, we also have the disgusting child's posted pretenses of having done "the most dangerous flying in the world" to be found elsewhere...and very sadly, I'm NOT kidding. One must necessarily assume an incredibly, overly indulgent mother and the complete lack of any functional father figure there...and of course a whole lot of "trophies" for merely "participating"...
