Why don't you ask Bradford and company? The fact that you don't have access to these documents via East channels, whether it's usapa or the East MEC, proves that nothing has changed or will change with usap - tell the troops what they want to hear but make them get bad news elsewhere. Changing the suit doesn't change the man behind the suit.
I've got both documents but you'll have to get them via your channels. What I will do is sum up your situation by telling you this: next time you guys should get a better lawyer, assuming a competent attorney would take your organization as a client. If your guy can't even handle a straight forward card collection process, then you should be doubting anything and everything that he does professionally.
I did, its a non event. We already have the replacement cards filed. So it's not news at all. But thanks for the opinion. Why don't you ask Bradford and company? Good try blaming the attorneys. That was a clerical error only. So as far as anything is concerned with Seham and Co. they are still doing and will continue to do a good job.
What about the "better half" 73?
What about her? She has been a great help to the process.
As previously stated it's a non event. The replacement card drive was even more successful than I would have thought possible given the time constraints. If there was any doubt about the success of USAPA, the new card drive should dispel any wishful thinking on ALPA's part. Besides, we ended up with more cards than before. Once again, thanks to everyone for your continued support.
MORE OF THE SAME. LET'S VOTE ALREADY!
"This is Richard Obermeyer with a US Airways MEC update for Friday, February 8th, with one new item.
This joint statement from the East and West Steering Committees was released today:
The East and West Steering Committees met at a neutral location for ten days to explore consensual solutions to our respective needs. The talks were cordial, and each side now has a clearer understanding of each other's issues. Talks concluded on Thursday afternoon. At this time, no further meetings are scheduled, but talks may resume at a later date."
What's your point? It doesn't matter anyway now, does it? The replacements are on file. That's why she had to file a declaration with the NMB then.![]()
