Pilots should never take advice from a lav truck driver, no matter how much you feel it will serve your greed.

That would be former stock clerk, recording secretary, trustee, shop steward, editor (both district and local level), district communicator and negotiating committee member.

Who has attend Placid Harbor and taken all the leadership classes.

I have provided factual cases, prove me wrong.

What is your education and union experience?

What did it cost you to buy a GED?
I thought the original was pretty good actually, the west giving "parody" seemed quite appropriate for what is going on. Losers always seem to lose their sense of humor......

Hope you like those 330s out of PHX, 35 pax for about 1000 miles on a nice summer afternoon, yeah. That should put the yields right up there with the rest of the west operation.

All issues will be determined by voting of the membership.

Not if you try the DOH cramdown that's the reason for USAPA's existence. That will eventually be ruled on by a judge, and it won't match what the "angry FO club" on the East side wants. Bank it.

Former PSA pilots some of you are voting for USAPA, a lot are alpa supporters. Usair bought psa, who was near death. Usair got rid of their airplanes and routes and kept the pilots and other employees. PSA pilots were given date of hire and now turn their back on you in protection of your seniority. PSA pilots pledge your allegiance now before it is too late or backs will be turned on you the rest of your careers. I have met strong psa pilots, but found most of them to be hypocritical i've got mine cowards
USAir did not "save" PSA.

Not looking forward to fifteen years from now listening to some HP "nos" ignorantly pontificating about how HP "saved" US.

PM me names.

Run from any part of the US legal system that uses words like "always" and "never". Their lack of legal knowledge is implicit by simply using such verbiage.

At worst, "the nic" will be parked in obscurity for quite a while.

Bank this. After certification of USAPA, the first order of business will be voting on the C&BL's. What do they say again? If the majority approve them by democratic vote, what happens again? Figure it out. But I guess you know the answer. Sue all you want if it will make you feel better, but the C&BL's will still be in place, approved and affirmed by the vote of the rank and file. Since December we have been considered one group only separated by ALPA. ALPA is where again after the 17th?

You can try to amend the ByLaws if you so choose. It will still have to pass voting by the membership. So there is no cramdown. Only a reconciliation to merge the 2 groups. Who are separated only by ALPA. Where is ALPA again?

700....you are wasting your breath with this guy. He is hell bent on believing his own make-believe reality and all the facts in this world couldn't convince him otherwise.
I guess it would seem your twist on facts and my twist on facts would seem to differ. No surprise there. But here is a dose of reality for you. Since December we are considered one group. We are currently separated only by ALPA. After the 17th we will have a vote confirming the C&BL's. Followed by reconciliation of areas that conflict with those democratically voted on C&BL's. It's not hard to figure it out.

AAA without AWA = ATA
AAA without AWA = Champion
AAA without AWA = Aloha
AAA without AWA = MAxjet
AAA without AWA = Would you like to super size that order.

AAA without AWA = Who cares?

Are we going to go through this crap again?

Which carrier saved which carrier?

If you want to dance this dance again we can but just look through the past threads to see that it has been clearly demonstrated that without AWA, USAir would look like Skybus and Aloha.

Oh please,
Grow up! Read this:

http://www.iht.com/articles/2007/01/12/business/wbspot13.php

"...Parker, more than any other industry player, sparked this turnaround in sentiment with what appears to be a startlingly successful merger of the old US Airways, a carrier that has been in bankruptcy court twice since 2001, and his America West Airlines, a much smaller company that badly needed a cash infusion.

He raised $866 million from outside investors and brought the airlines together in time to catch an updraft in ticket pricing that has restored the industry to a rare state of profitability..."

Do you need any other facts?

Later,
Eye

One small problem are the precedents that los courts federales have already established to prevent the majority rules cramdown that USAPA is founded on. Oops.

It has very little to do with who the CBA is, really. Arbitration is the best result the angry FO crowd can hope for.

Trying to end-run ALPA merger policy is a rather, well, unique move. But it's not going to get around the law, the courts, and the arbitrator. And none of those are going to (in the end) give the East DOH.

The law was crafted to protect smaller entities from larger ones. Next week we become one entity. There will be no East and no West. Among other things, that is what this election will achieve. With respect to ALPA, it's laws, it's appointed arbitrators - they could very well become irrelevant. At the very least we achieve a "change of venue".

I agree with one thing you said, it will be "one small problem".

As far as your comment about angry FO's, here is a sampling of the immature and hostile labels used by the West to describe the East:
USCABS, USAPIANS, YELLOW DOGS, SOB's, USUCKA, Eastholes and many more with variations on each. They are now sporting stickers that say USAPA=SCAB. Some are going around with clickers.

I would say that both sides are angry, but the group out west is out of control.

Six days to go.

I guess When you started calling us rookies to news papers you were taking the high road right? Hypocrites.
