I'm back, I'm in.

The President who abolished slavery was Lincoln, who was a Republican.
Actually, the Emancipation Proc. freed the slaves in some states, but not MO, TN, KY,MD,KS,DE, NJ, DC.,LA(12 parishes) It wasn't until 1865 that slavery was abolished by the 13th amendment. Interesting that he freed some at first, but the rest later. Wikipedia source for what it's worth.

If you like more and bigger government, vote Obama.

Where were we?

Yes, the first event was a favorable ruling by Silver. She granted the company no amnesty should they accept any SL other than the NIC. She cautions that Lcc moves forward with DOH at their own peril. Excelent, the foundation is laid. In an abundance of caution, NIC is the list.

We've defeated the morally deprived East. So what's our plan now. The major challenge now is APA?

What's our strategy? We better think this through. Just cause we defeated the East landgrab, the fight ain't over. After the fenses fall, our west brothers could be sitting pretty.

What can we anticipate from APA? What's our opening proposal in negotiations? I like our aggressiveness. We should let our AOL leaders handle this one, don't you think?

How about a link to the judge's ruling???

Driver...

"Our" plan should include not referring to things in terms of "ours" and "theirs". Ginning up a new civil war isn't necessary.

They won't even look at it. They accept it or get slammed with an easy DFR...just like USTUPID did. The difference? They aren't complete inbred idiots over at the APA.

EASY DFR???

Really?

You call everything that you've paid for (both sides) for over four years now EASY? You have accomplished nothing to your own benefit, and are no closer to the Nic than you were in 2007 when it was awarded.

It's that EASY, huh?

The last 4+ years will look like a cake walk if you pursue yet another EASY DFR with APA.

Thanks, Driver.

The company's argumenst support our cause. Transcripts present no other conclusion.

We don't need to loop the thread back into the same infinity trap. We're moving forward. Unless we anticipat APA strategies, we're resigned to failure.

I'll quote my bumper sticker................

Was there a ruling or are you interpreting arguments?

You are speaking in tongues. Can you be more specific?

AOL has already commented on any future seniority integration and is prepared to litigate if the Nic is not used, however, AOL would not get involved in the integration process. West has retained other attorneys in the event a merger requires a SLI.
