That's where you are wrong..a 30 billion per corp held up by 1700 pissants out west. Don't hold your breath...on second thought!!!

Exactly my point.

The transaction would not be held up, because the arbitrator would send usapa packing if they come to the table with any list other than the Nic.

Probably tell them straight up..okay..i have your list and I have this Nic list submitted by other "interested parties" including the West pilot class and LCC.

Might even be reminiscient of Nicolau when he told the east to come up with something else before he rules in a manner that will not put DFR monkey wrenches into the merger.

Res judicata is absolutely a scab. He and nic4 would cross like they did before. They are the chosen of Franke and early retiree and his wayward HR operation.
Traitorjake carries the flag of Franke at every opportunity. He will take more concessions with a smile even with record profits. Go figure.

You can't be stupid enough to actually think usapa could get its scab agenda released by the NMB.

There will be no crossing, because there will be no line. usapa will continue its scab behavior, and idiots like yourself will rationalize ignorance and we will all stay on crappy pay....some more crappy than others.

So you losing some sick bank is a deal breaker for you but placing new hires who HAVE NEVER FLOWN A LINE TRIP AHEAD OF A 17 YEAR NEVER FURLOUGHRD U PILOT ISN'T

YOU MAKE ME WANT TO PUKE

NICDOA
NPJB

The deal breaker for me was when 2500 scabs tried to steal my job,,,and the job of the fictitious new hire who never flew a revenue trip.

Concerning the company...the deal breaker came when Parker feigned plausible deniability that his managers disproportionately furloughed West pilots and stole their jobs to give them to east pilots.

The usual suspects are rushing to vote yes and they don't even have an actual copy of the MOU out to any of us, but we have reports that CoC, LPP, min fleet, and Scope concessions are being requested by the company. What else do they want? This reminds me of Nancy Pelosi who had to pass it so we can see whats in it.

Always in a rush and panic, never learned the simple lesson,

"If you need an answer now, the answer is no."

... the NAC, our lawyers and professional negotiator did this.

Well since the members of the NAC are brand new, they have a fragile ego and need us to affirm their self-esteem by voting YES. They did their very best but had to agree to give up Scope, Chang of Control snap back, and Labor Protective Provisions.... We are a lenient group aren't we? Give them and "A" because they tried.

If Chip is correct that the NAC agreed to give up CoC, LPPs, min fleet, and Scope... they are F'ing idiots.

We are not in bankruptcy, and AA is the one keeping their f'ing pensions? DUI can sit and spin.

More like HELL NO!

They did, and the funny thing is the look on Stien and Dugsteads face when it first came out, but after lunch and a little chat with Hummel they think this is a great deal, let me see I have given back over 600,000$ if not more and I get 9000 back, maybe it's just me, that sucks.

How naieve to think you even have a choice. You gave that away when you chose Cleary.

Claxon,

I find your personal insults interesting and speak loudly about your character.

Separately, every USAPA legal, financial, and negotiating advisor is recommending the BPR send the MOU out for membership ratification and that the pilots approve the agreement. If the pilots don't ratify the MOU than they can live with LOA 93/C2004. I choose to listen to the advisors versus agry, bitter pilots. Furthermore, I believe in a democratic society the membership should decide versus the new RC5.

Regards,

USA320Pilot
I find his remarks spot on.
