The west thought it was a good idea to have joint picketing with the east at the outset. seems almost quaint now. See how far that got us.
 
Why do you WD's think your not worth what the other pilots get. How do you look at yourself in the mirror. We are not in bankruptcy. We are not asking for the world just to be paid fairly.

Maybe you missed it..the EAST voted in a scab union that would offer a "cost neutral contract " in exchange for a chance at avoiding the Nic.

You are the WD. You do not deserve to be paid the same as other pilots, and you are not even paid the same as the West pilots, who are grossly underpaid, if for no other reason than having to share a uniform with the likes of you.

Nobody cares what you are asking for, the world or a fair rate. Nobody is talking to you , you are parked by the NMB. You are under an injunction, and I would gladly watch the company throw the union leadership to the federal marshall for non-compliance.

You are also a hypocritical POS. On one hand arguing that the finacial condition of a company should have no impact on the pilots career expectations, but on the other hand arguing that since the company is not in backruptcy, they should roll over and reward you for your scab strategy.

The recall list is still shorter than a 330 crew manifest. The western pilots are the real threat to the careers of USAirways pilots in total. Not APA.

You sure open your scab piehole often enough with info that most pilots who actually do work for LCC do not have casual access to, so I am thinking not only are you an east scab, you are a lying east scab with very limited knowledge of the company that acquired your defunct airline.

Ok, I'll take this one. On the day the "merger" was announced I was a captain and Dave Odell was the bottom FO at a company that was growing 15% per year. You were a captain and Dean Cohlello was the bottom FO at a company that was about to become extinct.

I would say that Odell's and my positions were worth more than yours and Cohlello's. Yet, Odell is furloughed and Cohlello is gainfully employed.

Wow! Are there no limits on how much time spent in Fantasyland some can truly invest? The world does not, nor ever has, or ever will, revolve around anyone's childish expectations. = "..a company that was about to become extinct." (but in reality didn't) and "...worth more than yours and Cohlello's. Yet, Odell is furloughed and Cohlello is gainfully employed." "worth more" indeed, yet the poor fellow, in actual reality, is unfortunately furloughed? Seriously; since this apparently passes for supposedly logical process here (at least by west standards?)....Why waste the time? 😉

Assume two five year olds are talking about their expectations in life. The first says to the second that he/she is gonna' grow up and win the lottery...and notes from that powerful (and evidently "logical") expectation that he/she is thereby worth necessarily far more than the other, who merely expects to become president....well...need we persue this further? 😉 What a truly brilliant basis from which to establish supposed seniority...or really anything else...ever.

Should the day come that starts listing KIA/WIA/MIA around here; I'll acknowledge being in any kind of war. This is merely a labor group squabble, within which, you can conduct yourself as a completely unprofessional jackazz with the jumpseat if you choose...which seems to be your stated and noble goal here. Within any sizeable groups of people; there are always those few, tragic cases of arrested development that simply can't conduct themselves as anything approaching actual adults

The expectations are based on reality at the time, not what each has as a wish list for the future.

In your example, each child would be given equal footing, their expectation is they are a five year old with a future. Neither is currently the president or a millionare.

In our case the expectation of the pilots is they would maintain their current positions and move forward without an advantage over the other. For instance Ames held a narrowbody captain position on the West that paid more than the east counterpart. Therefore, Ames' expectation would be to maintain the seniority to hold that position and not have it stolen from him by a furloughed east scab out to steal his job.

Which part of it do you not understand...the "final" part or the "binding" part.

Claxon does not understand the DFR part, or the final, or the binding , or the he is a complete moron part.

So your childish expectation that seniority integration involve only DOH comes from some Fantasyland...I see...so much more logical that seniority integration involve actual seniority, not any foolishnish like DOH or attrition...glad you agree...
