JOINT RATIFICATION, NOT, PILOT INTEGRATION NOT, NO ALPA TO DISPUTE RESOLUTION, and USAPA not waving their RLA rights we say SWISS CHEESE! And so does USAPA MERGER POLICY! Besides in the NAUGHLER ALPA wasn't your friend either!

In case you missed it with the first guilty verdict.....there is no RLA right for a union to scab its own membership.

Or, did you mean usapa was not waiving its rights to be totally disregarded by the NMB.

I hear usapa is even having trouble negotiating with itself....
 
How do we know DUI hasn't cut a deal with the 2 WEST negotiators Hummel put in there? After all when the "EAST VALUABLE" provisions ie, SCOPE and COC are gutted in event of a transaction GARY, and the C, CORRUPTION BOYS, DAVE C. , MARK KING, ERIC R, WOODY M. who engineered this train, give in to their ego, and have been played like a concert pianist, relize what they have done come crying to the EAST we were sold out?! MM

Grow up, the NIC is no longer an issue, we have way more problems to worry about with this MOU, you better take the next recall back east son.

The Nic has never been at issue.....it has always been sit on LOA93..or get a Nic inclusive contract.

Now, the issue is sit on LOA93..or, take the MOU terms, which are going to be SLI via Nic...or sit on LOA93 at a company that will be done placating your scab venture.

9th clarified usapa's duty to negotiate for ALL LCC pilots. The 9th also clarified that a DFR is not dependant on contract ratification... just in case the uspa scabs try to come to a deal with the APA in SLI prior to arbitration that would harm its membership.

Good for you , FILE, GET AN INJUNCTION and keep the 3 seperate ops ball rolling, now if HORTON EMERGES in CONTROL and just happens to acquire USAIRWAYS, my prediction your sold off without a prayer, but hey check your contract ! MM!

Or Sell the WEST off and avoid all lawsuits, see AMR MNGMNT learned alot about aquiring carriers and baggage, especially those quick to the PHX courthouse, remember DUI has said BYE BYE!

IS Your LOS with AA unacceptable to you if the EAST were not involved in the DEAL as a SLI? MM
 
We're being asked/forced to pay for apa/aa pilots A PLAN...thank you f'n usapa.
