Your above post makes perfect sense to me, (which, as the following demonstrates, may admittedly make that a questionable tribute to your thinking at the time) 😉 If you wanna' hear from "stupid"...well...times were different and jobs were plentiful, and with hand-held "ins" from highly placed compadres at the then much younger Southwest and FedEX...I was "too good" to so belittle myself as to merely drive little 737s around podunk nowhere (much less buy a Type to do that!..I mean; What nerve!) or fly a few boxes around at night..and I won't even mention the "You're hired! Come in for a class!" from majors I didn't think well enough of at the time. Well...I initially picked Eastern (still Real Eastern then though) Suffice it to say that we'd need more than a few cold ones to completely cover "stupid" in any reference to this crazy business 😉

I completely understand, I never wanted to fly cargo. I wanted to be an airline pilot and have the responsibility that goes along with it. Sounds like between the two of us and our mistakes we could go through a lot of beer.

Indeed. 😉 Seriously though; I have no real complaints, as it's largely been a fun ride, and I must admit I'll probably even miss it some when it's over...not that a whopping 30 degrees of bank in a winged truck's particularly exciting, but the coworkers and the nice view count for much. 😉
 
Great idea...try that defense and let us know how the unemployment line is...

Really Funny!, Showing you A$$ again, Did you not like the CC website posting after your prophetic prediction, just like your UAL MERGER BS, see the problem is, this transaction is a work in progress, the "WEST" will be splintered for a number of corporate reasons, your ability to focus on the reality of the facts at hand make you a well , most of us know, SELF SERVING, truth is PHX sucks as a revenue base, add that to the "WEST" SUE AT ANY CHANCE, WE LUV MARTY I WANT HIM TO MAKE MILLIONS!" mentality out west only adds to the obvious conclusion! You see since we have the same amount of debt AA has, and the tax liability involved in an aquisition your arguments and "wishes" for a better monetary solution are all well, wishful thinking! Their CONTRACT IS SEPERATE IT CAN BE SOLD, and yes USAPA will have to represnt them!, OH and about JUDGE SILVER, IT WILL MIRROR THE 9TH, THE UNION WILL BE THE LIABLE PARTY, only next time the fix won't be in! MM!

I don't recall saying, posting or giving an opinion on a UAL merger. Matter of fact, when I was told about it by a friend, I told him there was no way it would ever fly. But I don't recall posting anything about it.

Kind of like the USAPA sue at any chance? I think the company is finally fed up with screwing around with USAPA. I'll be surprised if we hear anything else from them for a long while.

So how do we avoid the obvious DFR if your predicted PHX sale doesn't take place? Even if they did sell it off ( and I have no reason to think they will), the West pilots could STILL and probably will sue for something.

And by the way, after being such a regular on USAviation, don't you know that A320 Driver and USA320Pilot are not one in the same?

I need to change my screen name to A330 Driver anyway. Just as soon as I figure out how 🙂. I've been accused of being the Chipster before.
