Keep in mind this post does not have exact numbers---just estimates from what I remember
I am confused here and I don't remember the original numbers but didn't the company in the first CBS about transfers state that they needed around 183 to transfer to PHL ?
Then I think they actually had around 80-90 actually choose to transfer, right ??? So where in the h#ll are they getting 70 from PIT to be displaced and 140 from CLT ? That's 210 people they are uprooting w/o taking in to consideration the 80 or so that are going voluntarily....which when I add it up, equals 290 people.
Can anyone help me out here and explain how approx. 180 they needed originally has now turned into 290??? I know the PIT and CLT displacements will bump people out of bases and a bunch transferred out of DCA so people will be moving around a lot but the numbers the company gave us are WAY too high...Do you get what I'm asking ???
I'm thinking out loud here but, is it a possibilty that they're anticipating resignations because of the displacements and that is the reason for the inflated number? I don't believe that 100 people would resign, but I suppose it could happen. If these numbers are inflated, can the Company come back and advise a certain amount of F/As in PIT & CLT that their transfer can be rescinded?
