I would NEVER agree to another STAPLE JOB as was done to us. I think legislation will take care of that, at least I hope so. What I think is unfair is that a PROBATIONARY new hire was recalled before the TWA f/a's.
To the best of my knowledge, probationary FA's had the same five year recall rights but they ran out in 2006. Here are some dates for future FA falloffs. Keep in mind that this file dates back to 5/31/06, so the actual numbers will be slightly smaller since some have since quit:
