FCFS vs DOH Hearing

It was my understanding that the company and its unions had a hearing on Feb 5 over the FCFS policy violating many USAirways contracts. Company had 15 days to respond, which expired yesterday.

Am I accurate on this, and if so, what was the response?

The entire policy is being addressed, but nothing was mentioned in the 30 some odd pages of the other thread about a hearing and responses yet.

Really? Topic covers the two methods. The result of the hearing fall right in place of the same topic. It is the same issue, but go ahead and discuss it here. I was only being helpful. Thanks for the negativity.
