That's their choice, my friend, and it's indicative of the poor administration services we have here in PHX. Did I tell you it took me over 2 months to get my status set to EXEMPT for taxes? No surprise these people are able to get away with it. How can you expect admin to catch onto these people when they can't even file my form without getting a papercut!

Can we count on their vote either way when it comes time? Probably not, as these are the people in it for themselves!

Sadly, it's the way of the west, and I commend those who make an effort to make us as 1!

Sucks for me, Im a college student, but that will, in no way, affect my decision SOLELY. I will adjust my plans around the trade restrictions if the rest of the contract is beneficial to my brothers, and a yes vote is required.

Could someone post the East and West pay scales as they stand currently.

I have the West contract on my laptop which just happens to be in another city then I am in now.......my home away from home as they say.....And I hope no-one here thinks they are sheltered from losing their job in their home city and must either face layoff or have to transfer...

But I believe they top out around $15.50

I don't know about you, but I am about disgusted with this whole situation-----Just a slap in the face by returning with the same exact proposal we overwhelmingly voted down in Sept.

A resounding NO for me..... :down:

And I would suspect that the rest of the majority in CLT will vote no also.....

Perv: PHX was allowed to raise the bottom pay $1.50/hr. When only the lowest
brackets get a pay raise it makes the middle guys hungry to get an otherwise
cheap contract. Thats exactly what's happening now in PHX. And it is almost
a certainty that it would happen again in the future. MS in PHX would love
to raise the bottom to $12.00. With this contract losing to inflation and
starting out substandard they will probably move that direction soon enough.

Going to put my 2 cents in on what I have read,

Question why in hell would union leaders allow non-union management to enter our classification in the tower? Are they outta there minds?

We have guys out of work in some cities they should be allowed to take those jobs FIRST! The union can then allow these mangers to enter the Rank and File where we all started in the Belly of a Airplane loading bags.

Once again Canale proves he is on the wrong team

Got off the phone with Redeye and was told that Canale refuse to let him and Tim into the meeting!!

K I am voting yes on the new TA. Recieved a lot of good information today in PIT.

I was there and Nelson and DELETED BY MODERATORl got B*tch Slapped right out of the meeting by Canale. Tough Guy Tim sat out in the hallway crying instead of being the bad a** he claims to be.

No one really cared if he was there and none of the other Chairman wanted him in. " SWORDS HELD HIGH BILLY" LOL

Crowell isn't a Chairman and flip flopping anti IAM Nelson isn't even a IAM member.

And another thing...the New Direction to Nowhere bunch failed to mention the minor detail that the reason your buddy Fairbanks didn't sign off on the TA was because he on vacation in Hawaii working on his tan. I don't doubt he's a good guy and this trip was planned a long time ago, just want to give you all a heads up to be careful of Nelson & Co. Canale might very well be a crook - 30 years in this business will no doubt make him questionable, but he knows alot more than most of the snakes lying in wait trying to scare us out of this TA.
