Gosh...were we all this Uptight while still on probation? I don't think I was. I guess if I was a "Serving Since Noon" Westy with about 100% of all the East FA's senior to me, I'd be a little Shi$%* too.

All the ones I've seen have teeth! However some that I have flown with are apparently not as familiar with some basic hygene skills and must be allergic to soap & water.

Question regarding that. I'm guessing based on reports that the Mesa F/A's earn so little that they often sleep in the crew rooms for days at a time. Any truth to that?

I'm sure it is! But mainline has FA's that sleep in the crew room as well...and they are for the most part clean. So I think the problem must be that soap and water allergy. I did one time fly on a Mesa plane from LIT to CLT and the FA's front teeth were rotted out.

YES...I would be able to tell. So, why don't we all just go out and buy some cacky shorts and tennis shoes to wear to work. HELLO...this is a corporation. We have UNIFORMS and we SHOULD follow the UNIFORM STANDARDS!!!

I just searched my contraband copy of the manual and it mentions the uniform 3,643 times. There are also 164 pictures showing how the uniform must be worn. I didn't dogear the pages because I was afraid someone would writy uppy me even though I am not an employee.

Anyone have any vodka? This drink is a little weak. And, why is the A wearing ripped sweatpants?

Boys...Girls...geez,

First of all, the f/as should be wearing the west uniform...period. Until the new one comes out, that's what the west wears and that's that BUT some of you are way out of line. We aren't talking the AA, UAL, CAL, or SWA uniform. We are talking the company we are all apart of that just so happens to have 3/4 of the company in. Give me a break.

After observing all the fuss fron so many westies about this, I hope I never have to deal with any of you out there. I keep hearing remarks like entitled and I have never seen that. We are thankful out here that things are like they are NOT because we are senior but because we ALL have jobs...junior and senior..east and west...All I see here are angry, bitter westies who have childish big mouths and have nothing better to do but enforce stupid policicies and procedures that should and hopefully WILL be changed. We are running an airline, not a Nazi concentration camp. Some of you are about as intense!!

Lighten up!! I have seen NOTHING layed back about the west. God I wish there WOULD be a fence to keep you and your write up happy, by the book, twinkies away. Grow up already!! :down: :down:

YES, you can tell on the men, the epaulettes are completely different. It is called attention to detail.

If you are unhappy on the west you should leave. Everyone should be happy in their work life. No one made anyone come out west to work. The door is open since US is an "at will employer".
