UNIFORM LAUNCH UPDATE

To all Flight Attendants -

I know that many of you are anticipating the switch-over to the new look
uniform that is currently scheduled for March 3. However, we have heard from
flight attendants who have still not received all their uniform pieces from
TwinHill, some who have pieces still being altered, and some who still have
exchanges being processed. To ensure that we are all set and ready to go, we
polled 150 flight attendants as to their readiness to wear the new uniform and
a significant number of them were not. Therefore, we have elected to postpone
the introduction of wearing the new look uniform to a later date that is yet
to be determined.

I know that you are as disappointed as I am but in talking internally and with
our representatives at TwinHill, this seemed to be our best option given the
circumstances. We want to showcase this new uniform in the best possible
light and we didn't want to jeopardize a successful changeover.

launch issues.

Postpone it until April 1st -
It can be introduced with the new First Class PLASTICWARE.
They will be so dazzled by the uniforms, they wont notice they're drinking champlipple from a plastic cup.

And this just tops off a great week for US! It seems nothing has gone right for these poor losers in the Sand Castle this week. Maybe they just figured they would get it all over with in one week. But wait - I'm sure next week will be just as bad given the track record.

It really has become a comedy of errors - it doesn't seem anything can go right for this company no matter how hard they try. Even when they don't try it goes wrong - really quite comical.

What will we do when US goes out of business? The internet will become a much more boring place that is for sure!

Say it once or a thousand times, "Usairways is THE biggest joke of an airline" flying around in the skies. Can US get anything right? I mean can they get at least ONE thing right? Not only are the uniforms UGLY but now they are once again delayed UGLY. I'm gonna wear a pin that says SSU...."Someone Save Us".

Having been through what is now my 3rd merger.. Will someone please explain to the kids in the sandcastle how to organize

a freaking merger.. for God's sake they can't even switch uniforms over without F**king it up.. Will someone please let our

investors that have money in this bucket realize how inept Doug and his cast really are . THEY SIMPLE DON'T KNOW HOW

Wow it's like we've gone from a single base hit to a home run in disaster in one day! Everytime I look up today Sherri and Co have managed to screw something else up.

The uniform is a complete joke. All in all as much as I hate to put on a new uniform I need to. Everything I own is falling apart, every piece. When is someone going to be held accountable for all this BS? I think a lot of us have become apathetic to how bad it's become and we just don't care anymore. Golly Gee wiz Sherri- Thanks for the swift kick in the a$$ as reminder how bad this place ssucks!! I'd like to conclude with thanking you Sherri and our uniform chairs from the union for selling us out on this project and wasting all of our time and money. Now i'm gonna go open another box of wine and chill!

I agree! Mgmt doesn't seem to be in a hurry to have us work under one contract. As long as they continue to drag their feet, we should wear our current uniforms. We won't be ready to wear them until then anyway.
