Flight Attendants Dining and Cabin Issues

You are right - Your potential new customers would never consider going to another airline after hearing these things. They would just understand why people onboard might be in a bad mood.

The majority of our "new" customers buy their tickets on any of the various websites available. They go by price. Most don't even know about this site or even care to look. They look for a cheap ticket and thats it! Yet these same people EXPECT, free everything.

Obviously it was much different when you flew ... back in the good old days people actually purchased luggage and wore clothes, not PJs for thier journeys. Nowadays people use trashbags for their belongings, get on board with a tanktop, PJ bottoms and flippies and then complain because its too cold. I could on and on for days but thats off topic.

You get what you pay for seems to be the motto these days.

BOT.... Has anyone had issues with the plastic cups or lack thereof? I have not been working because everyone is flying their trips and they have no need for us lowly Rsvs.

Also, I agree, we DESPERATELY need a change on FC food, snack options. I'm not saying we bring back linen tablecloths (though that would be sweet!) but food options in FC. I recall PHX/DFW served food in FC only because AA did....Where are you Hector??

Hey Hector sent us a note about air quality last week. Doesn't that count?

Dirty Laundry?

Have you flown on US? Did you just stumble onto this board?

There aren't enough words to explain the situation to you.

Best to amble over to Continental's board. They might have something that you can relate to.
