REVENUE is the company's responsibility to generate.

Pay relative to peers is the company's responsibility.

DL pays the highest level of profit sharing in the industry.

DL quite simply generates far more revenue per seat mile and per employee.

given that a number of AA FAs are saying that they want profit sharing just like DL FAs have, it seems you have it all backwards about who thinks they have a better deal.

I wouldn't call the 16 votes shot down a huge shoot down for AA   but they did what they did   they got their say  and a vote   something DL FAs don't get

sure DL FAs voted.. they have voted far more times than any other workgroup.

the answer has consistently been no.

and the process is democratic. 16 votes seems like a bummer but AA FAs didn't buy the story they were fed - esp. that they had an industry leading contract when it was clearly inferior to WN and DL's pay and profit sharing.

Did the DL FAs negotiate and vote on their raises?
 
Did the DL FAs negotiate and vote on the 33% cut in profit sharing from 15% to 10%?
 
Did the DL FAs negotiate and vote on the raises in healthcare and cuts to plans offered?

and none of it changes that AA FAs want better than they got while the DL FAs who want a union are the minority; if they were the majority, we'd have a union by now.

Unions can't take no for an answer that's why they have to hold multiple drives and hope they can mislead and dupe just enough workers to get the vote to pass.

so youre speaking "we" as if youre the spokesman for all DL FAs now???  typical of mgmt. regardless of whether theyr revenue or not!   pathetic.   I sure as hell hope to see DL become UNION bec the folks there deserve to have a say in matters  deserve to have far better than what they have now.   Now they are AT WILL employees and DL can and has done what so ever they please..    And it does not make sense why some airports their make up area is outsourced yet the ramp   go figure that out
