If I was a paid organizer I wouldnt be working and running a company for a living, I wouldnt be doing paperwork all day today for my company if I was a paid organizer for the IAM.

still begs the question as to why an IAM activist has to post them and not DL employees.

you're defensive - which is what you usually do when someone challenges a value you hold dear.

relax and separate your person from your values and your projects.

It's not hard to see why it goes in one ear and out the other when I tell you that I can respect you as a person and not agree with your beliefs.

so let me say it again.

I value you as a person Kev and I respect you. I don't have to agree with everything you do or believe in order for that to be true. and I don't expect you, or 700, or Josh or anyone else to agree with everything I do or stand for in order to be able to respect you (and vice versa).

that kind of framework is exactly what is needed to ensure that discussions like this don't turn into personal attacks.
