I'm not looking for help and I'm not interested in what anyone thinks.
I do what I do here because I want to do it.
again, I'm not interested in pleasing anyone or earning anyone's favor thru by my participation here.
if you were willing to invest even half as much effort in trying to fix the labor movement in the US as you are trying to fix other people, you might actually contribute something worthwhile.
You can argue all you want about what labor unions have provided including stability but the evidence is overwhelming that DL has done as good of or better job of preserving jobs and providing as good of a quality of life as any airline has provided in the airline industry.
if you disagree, then provide strong enough examples of success that no DL employee should have any doubt of the value of a union.
given that there are more than 60,000 non-union DL employees and DL has one of the lowest rates of unionization among GLOBAL airlines, you and your peers have completely failed for 85 years to convince DL people - and there is nothing new to show them today that you haven't shown them years ago - with no success in getting them to join unions.
