your not honest the twu sux by excepting pay cuts when management gets bounces the Twu screws maint every time with 5 days sick a year and the first day is half pay . Maint is the only ones that has this . They took a week of Vc from us gave it to stores in the bk contract. And I guess your real name is weaasles your just spreading lies to the delta people . Your contract is as good as the paper it's written on . It's been shown in my 30 years at aa that the twu will do anything aa wants them to to so if aa wants pay cuts the twu let them have it .

AA can farm out 35% of the maintenance budget, and they farm out line and line checks.
 
WN farms out everything except four lines for 700 airplanes. UA does no overhaul, they do some c-checks and engine work, they just did one A320 S-Check at SFO.
 
Dont be like WT and concentrate on a number, look at the work done in-house and sent out.
 
And the best scope on the ramp is PMUS IAM, tell the WHOLE story.

Here at UAL-SFO, In Airframe, we're currently running 2 lines of A320/A319 Overhauls, 1 line of A320 C-chks, and an SSR/Modline crew.

What's an SSR/Modline?
 
Scheduled Special Route - Modline  handles drop in work ( customer work, aircraft damage, collision, jet way, tugs, belt loaders, lightning strikes, hail etc ) and smaller aircraft mods, usually in the 3-5 day visit area, gear changes, and AD note compliance.

Yes, that is what I'm asking and also asking does "Building a coalition" mean swaying voters?
If not please explain what it means.
Just trying to understand why a union drive takes years just to get cards signed that you said could be mailed out in a week.

Whats going on with yalls engine shop? curious if UA is going to bring in another type with the PW2000 numbers getting so small. 
 
Hey guys do you know what Delta ACS will be making in December? I need to do the math on 3% above that.

We're still doing all the big pw4000 motors, plus customer work
 
As for PW2000s, our own plus we still have a contract with Fedex to maintain the motors that went with the B757s we recently sold them, and the build up at Tinker AFB is going slower than planned so the F117 line has been extended but I'm not sure for how long - we do cowls and reversers with those too.
 
The 2 rumors that the company will not confirm (or deny) is the return of the CFMs to support our 37NGs, and with the announcement that SFO will be home station for the A350, there are persistent rumors we'll be doing some work on the Trents, how much is TBD.
