perhaps we are talking about two different things
We must be, because:

but I can absolutely assure you that DL does not give up its employees personal information to any outside source without it being required by law or with your consent.
I've done neither, yet my (and 80k other actual employees) personal info was given to a 3rd party.

Dude, your surrounded by actual "3rd parties" already.

Maybe so but, unlike a union, their not taking money out of my pocket, on a monthly basis.

and if you are talking about your personnel related information, DL provides you with disclosures.

if it is not personnel related information and you don't want it shared, may I suggest you contact DL and tell them to not share that information.

since DL has one of those 3rd party companies handle its HR service calls, you might have to use the corporate directory and ask someone with a 404 715 XXXX number what you have to do.

Personal, not personnel...

I have filed complaints. The action(s) continue.

BTW, you've clearly been gone awhile; you don't call ATL banymore; you call PHX. You know, another 3rd party...

All that is  stated is when they file it will take 4 months.....what am i missing?
and btw we keep hearing year over year "it will be by the end of the year"
yawn.....

Funny I thought your position was the DL F/As organizing doesn't impact me as a passenger.  Why are you endorsing content asking revenue DL passengers to engage DL F/As on labor relations matters?

Its addressing Union Members who fly DL.

Union Labor News.

Too hard to understand?

How does organizing the DL F/As impact other union members who fly DL? One of the CWA Presidents remarked at a UA F/A "I fly United because our members work here, hundreds of thousands of other union guys like me fly United"

Why are union members flying DL? I confronted a lady driving a Nissan with an IAFF sticker today in the parking lot at Whole Foods. Of course she pretended she didn't know what the sticker was for.
