Basic Math 101.

15% of $45,000 is $6,750

10% of $45,000 is $4,500.

So $6,750 is 33% less than $4,500.

You are truly full of misinformation.

which makes it all the more of an embarrassment that they were shut out so many times post merger and will be even more of an embarrassment if it is shown that the DL FAs have played the IAM just like the did the AFA - get the benefit of more pay and compensation but stay far away from union representation.
So this is your new spin.

Lets see 12,000+ FAs conspired together to play the IAM, if you truly believe this you are a fool.

whatever reason you believe that the 3 previous card drives didn't result in a union being seated.

How many times do you have to be told the same thing over and over and still not comprehend it?

This is not the three previous drives, the last election was over six years ago, the dynamics have totally changed, DL is making billions and its not being paid back to the non-union employees.

It took three times to organize the PMUS ramp and we did it.

Rome wasnt built in a day.

And you do know that the third time is the charm.

and again you inaccurately assume that the cut in the PS percentage would have translated into a cut in the actual dollar amount of PS.further, the DL pilots voted to monetize their profit sharing in the same percentage - just exactly what the co. did for the rest of the employee groups - and what AA employees say they want.there is no doubt that ALL employees want the most amount of money and they want it with the least amount of risk.the difference is that DL's profit sharing payout will far exceed the amount of pay raises that Parker is willing to pay out to AA employees.btw - wanna guess whether DL profit sharing will exceed $1 BILLION this year?  which makes it all the more of an embarrassment that they were shut out so many times post merger and will be even more of an embarrassment if it is shown that the DL FAs have played the IAM just like the did the AFA - get the benefit of more pay and compensation but stay far away from union representation.
Again please prove to us that DL FA's are paid more than AA fa's with facts !!! total amount!!

You truly are one of the most arrogant   most anti union  most anti worker there is   Its a nowonder that DL paid you to leave.   Telling E he is a cancer to the boards   man it takes one to know one I guess.   E has some of the best posts compared to you     If its one thing E does  is at least its not all pro DL BS  unlike you who throws nothing but pro dl crap around  and when youre proven wrong you change your tunes  you change subjects  tatics etc all bec you cannot stand to be wrong nor ever admit when youre wrong     The day is coming when R.A. will be dealing with the IAM or any other union who be representing the FAs  the ACS etc

e said that I was the cancer of the boards. He is just living with the environment he created

diamond  good luck getting that dude to answer it    after all he never cld come up with the list of all the wrong doings dl does or did that JCW asked repeatedly

How can he answer when he says 10% is more than 15%?
I have never said that 10% is higher than 15%.

I have repeatedly said and you refuse to acknowledge that DL employees still managed to gain a higher value in actual DOLLAR profit sharing after the change in profit sharing PERCENTAGE.

btw, with a 12-13% operating profit margin, DL profit sharing should easily top $1 BILLION - absolutely the highest amount ever paid out by a airline in profit sharing.... it should amount to 15% OR MORE in profit sharing ON TOP OF salaries for 2014 which far exceeds the value that any union has factored in to try to compensate for their lack of profit sharing.

As for the actual amount, actual DOT employee expenses by workgroup are released by midyear 2015.

the data will become publicly available .
