This isnt three times before, this isnt six years ago.
You left Delta Airlines (paid you to leave) you werent a FA nor are you one now.
You dont work for DL and you arent an inflight crew member nor management.
This isnt the same DL you took the money from and ran.
The current DL FAs started this campaign two years ago,and over 12,000 CURRENT DL FAs signed cards for an election, and cards keep coming in, is that too hard to understand?
No one will be transferring their earnings to a junior FA.
You are lying again, your full of fear.
You have no clue about the RLA and Section 6 negotiations.
And the bottom line is if they unionize they will VOTE and have a say on their pay, benefits and work rules, something they dont have now, yet the pilots do, and on the same trip Pilots get paid three hours more block time than an FA, how is that fair, when they work the same block hours?
They want a CBA with set rules and policies, they want Quality of Life, not to be an employee at will and DL does what ever they want to them.
If you actually were a FA and interacted with them, you would know what this issues are, and money isnt the top of the list.
And you have no idea on how dues are calculated and collected and there are provisions for junior employees who are at a lower scale to receive special dispensation and pay a lower rate of dues, we had that at my Local Lodge for the employees who made $11 and under per hour.
Keep up the lies and misinformation.
And even if dues are the same rate they do get the same representation.
And every penny of dues spent are public record, unlike a corporation.
And the DL FAs vote on how to spend the dues money at their base.
