Yes, just recently  from a Minneapolis telephone number stating they were from the IAM and just wanted to know
if I had any questions.   I told them I did, just one.   How did they get my number?  They lied and stated it was from
Delta.  I told them Delta DID NOT give them my cell number,   When pressed further, they said it was "someone from Delta".
one of the many reasons I'm convinced that they may have 12,000 cards signed but NOT 12,000 F/A's signing cards.

Thanks..the reason i asked is that  I've been told that there is an investigation into who  accessed this info from DL computers.

what i have heard is that these "supporters" were getting cell phone numbers off the Delta swap board.

what about home addresses?

From your employer, of course...

so you are claiming that DL gave employee's home address to iam? Wouldn't that be a violation of privacy laws?

Kev,
since you have a keen knowledge of labor relations, has a labor union ever been punished for violating personal privacy rights?

baba,
has the list of FAs who said they do not want a union been characterized as a "do not contact" list?

The question, not answered here, was the "Company forced" by either the IAM or NMB or both, to give out this information under threat of impeding an election by not conforming to their demands?

Be curious to know how many of those FA's left voluntarily vs. were on layoff and simply applied to anyone who was hiring.

probably very few.

Baba noted that DL had 1/4 of the number of layoffs as NW had despite DL's larger size. (I believe that was the correct stat)

I'd still like to see the rest of that information.

The logic doesn't work.

every airline has FT and PT schedules.

If DL wanted to eliminate the chance of unionization, they would just eliminate the people and outsource the jobs.

UA took care of the risk of over 1000 rampers flexing their union muscle. UA showed them.

Exactly. Such a silly flyer.

I know people that have left for several different carriers.

And really; why would we "hear much" from people who have left? They're not here anymore.
