Once a guest pass has been "issued" (paid for), how do I use a SA1 vacation pass for r/t travel for myself and guests? I will be traveling with them but after I paid for the ticket, I did not use my SA1. The flights are getting a little crowded now, so I better use it.

The way I understand it, SA1P is for you and your eligilbles only.
Guests can go with you at SA2P.

Guests can not be listed at SA1s. I believe the highest they can go would be the SA3 (or S3). The only people that can use the SA1s are the people listed on your termpass.
If you wanted to be listed as SA1, you would need to go to the ETC and make a new reservation for you to have it show as an SA1.
